- L_Leann _Jun 19, 20261.0The primary issue is the time. I have gone here three times this week assuming i have been going on an off day because it is taking 30-45 minutes in the drive through. Each person in front of me took about 10 minutes each and it is my fault for not leaving after 10 minutes with no movement and waiting it out but it never took this long before. Usually a very good location, better than other local dunkins but lately the iced coffee is tasting sour and my sandwiches are messed up or missing key components. Bacon instead of sausage, not getting specialty bacon when i ordered that or wrong mixes in my coffee. I ask for no sugar I get 3 sugar, I ask for 2 cream and my coffee gets to me looking like milk. I don't even call in to fix these issues because they are ignorable most days but the time issue all of a sudden? What happened? I was pulled to the spot to wait for my food and sat there for 10+ minutes today and when they brought out the person who was parked for 2 minutes I went in to see what was happening? My food was already ready. sitting on the drive through shelf with people walking around it. I didn't need to wait that time and they forgot about me I guess. I understand that service is busy so i try to be forgiving with stuff like this and food can taste great some days but i am tired of having to rush to get ready for work like this because I am sacrificing 30 minutes I never needed to before for the same thing. I am not going to go to this location unless I'm ok waiting a full hour for a wake up wrap. If I even go to dunkin at all now.
