    The service has been terrible lately. On this occasion, I ordered a soup and two chicken sandwiche meals. Then, I drove up to the pickup area and waited, but the employee signaled for me to pull forward to the cone zone, and immediately afterward, asked me to back up. Then, after a 15-minute wait, the supervisor or manager (the one in the blue shirt) informed me that the soup would take another 30 minutes to prepare and asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange, I opted to swap it for french fries. My original order included two servings of fries, but when my food was handed to me, I only received those two servings. I called the young woman back over to let her know, but she insisted that my order consisted of only two servings (including the one I had requested as an exchange) and claimed she was aware of the situation. In the end, she handed me the extra fries, but she did so with an attitude suggesting that it was somehow my fault, and she never offered an apology. Honestly, I don't mind having to wait, what I don't think is right is that, after making me wait for so long, they treat me as if I were trying to take advantage of the situation or take something that doesn't belong to me.

    Never had a problem here before!! I was trying to sit inside and this one employee in the back is literally screaming and being so loud that it was not enjoyable to sit inside. She was screaming things like “welcome to moes” and other random things. Very inappropriate

    To be honest, I prefer all the other Chick-fil-A’s in the area more than this one. For starters, I can never get a full fry. Also, I Doordash and their policy is if you have three or more bags, they’ll give you a clear bag with the handles. Supposedly, it’s supposed to make sure that us Dashers have our red bag. But my question is, what would that change? Because you guys shoved all the food in one bag and put one fry in a separate bag makes it impossible to carry out unless we have the red bag. Which some of us have requested and never got. But if we had our right back, it wouldn’t matter if it was two or three bags that’s what I’m confused about. Also, do you think that maybe we request the clear bag with handles to make it easier for the customer to bring the food inside the house? As someone who Has also ordered delivery. It is annoying when you open the door and try to pick up the drink carrier And the individual bags. Especially when you have multiple large meals. The way you guys have them taped is impossible to grab from the top. You have to grab from the bottom. Also, this is the only location that implements this.

    A little disappointing on my breakfast order of bacon. It was served sub-par in the cooking process and very translucent.

    I want to start this review by saying we love this chick fil a and come here at least twice a week for lunch. The service during lunch is always fast, and the food is fresh, and the customer service is impeccable. We recently decided to break from our routine and go for dinner. BIG MISTAKE. We ordered our usual, a chicken sandwich, small fry and chicken cool wrap. We get home to see the cool wrap has no chicken in it, just another wrap stuffed inside with lettuce. No problem, mistakes happen, training new people is hard. We called back to let them know what happened, and the phone was passed to three different people, and had to explain three different times, once again, no problem. One girl that we were passed to was incredibly rude and said “That’s impossible”. Horrible customer service. But the worst of them all was Amy. She kept repeatedly asking us to drive back with the wrap so she could see it ( we got chick fil a as we were heading on the road and weren't going to turn around with our wrap just to be treated like humans). No respect, no empathy, no customer service skills. Judging by the other comments on here, i think it’s safe to say that their lack of accountability and dismissiveness towards loyal customers is going to run this location into the ground. We are signature members, and always loved coming here, but we will steer clear of this location from now on and will be sure to tell all of our coworkers and friends to do the same.
