  I forgot the young lady name and the gentleman that was working but they are amazing . We just left and it’s 1:50 am and the service was quick fast and she was very polite and did I mention the freshness of the food !! She had a puff in her hair , great job ma’am you made our night !

  Arrived and was told it would be a ten minute wait before someone would be able to take our order. Ten minutes later was told it would be another ten minutes. Long story short waited thirty minutes for some food that ended up being not made correctly and then told I was too much of a burden to be a customer which especially stung since I am disabled I can only afford a small purchase.

  Never had a bad experience here. Always fast and hot. Whoever manages this Arbys has been doing great for years.

  Ordered an 8 piece jalapeño poppers and only received 7. Received my order instantly and was impressed UNTIL I drove away and started eating them when i realized they were soft and soggy and semi warm. This is my favorite item on the menu so I have eaten plenty in the past to know what to expect. Was very disappointed. When I called, no apology. Just a response of “We have new people and it’s been chaotic around here.” Not an excuse! Do better.

  I'm a truck driver and stopped at this location at 2am this morning 4/11/26. No other customers were in the restaurant. There were 2 guys working and I asked were they serving breakfast? The guy in the back answered and said breakfast starts at 4am. I said okay. The other guy was walking back and forth and yelled, after I was already told, that breakfast starts at 4am and picked up a bag and began to fill it with food. I stood there watching this man fill the bag with food, he never took my order. I asked the guy in the back if I could order lunch, he said yes. The other guy is just standing there with this bag of food and I'm the only person in there. The guy in the back and myself looked at the guy with the food wondering if he was going to take my order. He did not, he walked to the side of the counter and never acknowledged me standing at the counter. I eventually walked out...
