I order through Uber Eats, restaurant employee gave my food to the driver and did NOT watch him accept the order
Driver walks out cancels the pick up on his end and drives off with my food free
After over an hour of noticing driver after driver after being selected to pick up order (which was already taken)
I called the store and they would NOT remake my even though the manager told me that they messed and she won’t do nothing about fixing the problem
This manager needs a class is hospitality because I don’t believe every customer is right but when you tell me (the customer) that they messed and won’t remake my order is RIDICULOUS
she could never work for my business

Nasty attitude. Nasty staff. And the General Manager? By far the worst part of the experience.
My order was messed up. Simple. I gave the date, the time, the shift, and explained exactly what happened. When I called, the General Manager herself told me to come back at a specific time so my food could be remade. At no point during that phone call did she express any concern about whether my story was “valid.”
So imagine my surprise when I arrived and suddenly I was being treated like I had committed a crime.
She proceeded to tell me that I was lying—and that, if I was going to lie, I needed to do a better job of it. She explained that after all her years as a General Manager, she could tell when someone was lying and that anyone with that kind of experience could tell the same thing.
Interesting.
You are entitled to your beliefs. What you are not entitled to do is confuse your assumptions with facts and then speak to somebody as though your assumption is the final word.
Say what you mean. Mean what you say. But don't be mean while saying it.
I keep a humble appearance when I'm in public. I don't walk around demanding attention, announcing titles, or expecting special treatment. But I'll be honest—sometimes I wonder how differently people would speak to me if I walked through that door in my Fraternal regalia with several brothers standing beside me at the same degree.
Because respect should not require an introduction.
This time, I was even asked to check my order before leaving to make sure everything was correct. It was. And yet I still walked out of that restaurant feeling as though I had somehow done something wrong.
The food was technically there. The meal was technically correct. But the enjoyment was gone.
And that's the part that stayed with me.
This interaction happened last month, and I have genuinely thought about it / scrutinized several times since. That's how unpleasant it was. The General Manager, in particular, has become a stench in my nostrils—not because she disagreed with me, but because of the manner in which she chose to handle the disagreement.
Her years of experience as a GM do not make her incapable of misconstruing a situation. Experience does not make someone infallible.
And dramatic eyelashes don't either.
With that said, don't let my review stop you from visiting this location. Don't be precocious in your evaluation of this place based solely on my experience. My experience was mine, and yours may be entirely different.
Every employee is not the General Manager, and every customer experience will not be mine. I'm sure there are good people working there. You may have an entirely different experience.
I simply hope your experience—and your exchange with management—is considerably better than mine was.
Shalom.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
