  The burgers are very good here, but the food is expensive. $20 for a bacon cheeseburger and plain tots. The best comparable is Five Guys, but if you’re just getting a burger and fries I feel Five Guys is a better deal (and far superior fries). What does set Wayback apart is their milkshakes and loaded fries/tots - so if that’s your thing, you would enjoy it.

  Linda and Buster were absolutely amazing!!! Great customer service, the food is out of this world and the friendly faces are so welcoming! My family of 9 and I ate here after a busy day at universal so needless to say we were HUNGRY!! Linda catered to every single need we had and we were even approached and asked if everything was to our liking by staff much like a regular restaurant! 5/5 will visit again!

  Visited based on Google reviews. The food didn’t disappoint. Burgers and fries were great and loved the milkshakes. The most exceptional part of our visit was the customer service. Victoria was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Customer service is a lost concept everywhere, so it was pleasant to run into a great experience. (I also made sure to tell her that she made our visit even better.)

  Customer service was stellar! Bright, smiling and friendly! Really focused! The ordering was seamless (kiosk) or via the customer service representative. Food was hot and beautifully prepared. Taste: you add your own salt and pepper (oh! burgers are built to order). Fries were crispy and hot. No complaints! Burger was fast food style! I’d come back when on that side of town.

  First, our cashier/server, sweet sweet girl. We unfortunately didn't get her name, but hope she does spectacular in her basketball tournament. Ok. The food. Wife had the BLT chicken sandwich and she said hands down one of the best she's ever had, though just a tad greasy. I had the bourbon bacon cheeseburger, it was about a 6 out of 10. Unfortunately I wasn't wowed. I consider myself a burger person, and have my top 10, and this just didnt hit the mark. I will be willing to try again. It was a tad overcooked and dry, was a bit tough to eat. Bacon was not cooked thoroughly and was very chewy. Fries were good, and the oreo shake was very good. Place is decorated well, but the lighting above the booths was very bright and harsh. Overall, 8 out of 10, value for the money, 6 out of 10, service 10 out of 10.
