- AAAshFeb 12, 20261.0Do NOT come here if you are on a lunch break. I placed an online order at 12:05pm. It was supposed to be ready at 12:15pm. I received my bowl after 12:30pm. The whole purpose of making an online order is for it to be ready upon arrival. I asked the cashier about it and was told “they are making it now”. She was very dismissive. The excuse was that they had a “big order” before me. I am upset by the lack of communication and poor efficiency at this location. I will not be back. The ONLY positive experience I had was with the young black girl making the smoothies. She was apologetic and very kind. The other employee allowed my bowl to sit on the counter for several minutes after it was ready.
