1. We had a reservation for 6:40 which means that I expect to be seated when I
arrive...we were seated 15 minutes late whilst others arriving after us were shown directly to their table
2. The table was wobbly and had to have a towel stuck under one leg to make it stable.
3. We asked the person who showed us to our table to bring a pizza quickly for our 5 year old. She ignored the order and never placed it. Cue pizza arriving after adults had their meals
4. The waitress took 10 mins to bring water. Another 5 minutes to take drinks order and another 10-15 minutes to bring drinks. We are now 40 minutes after our reservation started and we have only just received drinks
5. When we order the kids food for a second time we ask for a margherita pizza. The waitress argues with us and says that isnt on the kids menu. We point to the cheese pizza - she says "that's a cheese pizza not a margherita". Its basically the same thing so why argue...
6. When the mains come 3 of them are not hot. We send them back.
7. The waitress brings us the bill without us asking for it and without asking if we want dessert...
This restaurant and the waitress ruined our evening.
The only good thing about this restaurant was the food was tasty (drastically overpriced) and the manager listened to my complaint and provided a discount on the bill.
Ive eaten in hundreds of restaurants. I've never been treated this poorly. The attitude from the restaurant was "at our convenience, not the customer's".
Never again.

Decent food. Chirpy Disney style service. (Cheerful but somehow felt unauthentic)
Place was noisy but should be expected at a Disney location. Overall good experience but just not 5 stars. It might be 5 stars for a lot of other people, but just wasn't that exceptional for me.

Food was great. Got the parmigian chicken and the rigatoni. Service was meh. We made a note that we were celebrating our honeymoon, but no one read it or said anything. Check in process was busy, the lady at the front needs coaching on customer service. We had a reservation at 7pm and we tried to call to let them know we're running late but impossible to speak to someone. When we got there she said it was be an additional 30 minutes which is fine. We walked around. Then came back 35 minutes later and she told us another 15 minutes, walked around again and we came back 15 minutes later and she told us that we waited too long and they gave our table away already. What. Finally got seated at 8:17pm.

Very disappointed with the host and how they are running things. Reservations are considered unimportant at this restaurant, so if you had plans for after dinner might as well forget them as people are made to wait a minimum of half an hour just to be seated. Feels more like a walk up, than a reservation. As a result of the disappointment, can’t even say the food tasted good because by the time we got to eat it, we were all too tired to even enjoy it. Sad evening at Disney to be sure.

We would had never thought to go here for breakfast if our friends had not recommended it. This is right on the Boardwalk. When you walk in you are transported to Italy. There is a large waiting area. The dining room is large with lots of seating and another room available for overflow we were told. The kitchen is open and visible from the dining room. The menu for breakfast has many things available to fit many tastes. We had the breakfast pizza and steak and eggs. The steak and eggs also had potatoes, hollandaise and crispy onions. The steak and eggs are cooked to your liking. This was outstanding. The breakfast pizza was a light crust with eggs and bacon. Another outstanding dish. We did not get but they have fun Mickey Mouse waffles for the kids or kid at heart. I highly recommend for breakfast and can only imagine the other meals probably rank high also.
