  As someone who loves great food and has to eat gluten- and dairy-free, I’ve had many wonderful dining experiences where restaurants were accommodating without compromising on quality or service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience at The Palm in Orlando. When I explained my dietary restrictions, our server seemed dismissive and impatient. I was told the only option available was a plain steak with no sauce. Based on my experience dining at many high-end restaurants, I find it hard to believe there weren’t additional accommodations or menu modifications that could have been offered. I followed the recommendation and ordered the steak, but it arrived overcooked. I am not the type to send back food so I ate what I could. For a restaurant at this price point, I also expected a more polished atmosphere and a higher level of hospitality. Overall, the experience didn’t meet the standards I expect from a fine dining restaurant.

  Excellent service and food. We celebrated our anniversary here and the experience was great. We enjoyed the 4 pound lobster for two whi h included soup or salad for each, a four pound lobster to split and a shared dessert. I had the lobster bosque which was good but the portion was very small. My wife had the mixed green salad and it was very good. The lobster came cut in half and plated for each of us. A person then came over and broke open the lobster so it was super easy to eat. I never had a lobster thos large, but it tasted great. Tender and sweet meat. We also ordered the roasted bean sprouts whoch were a bit sweet and very tasty. We shared a very large slice of Tiramisu. We had an pwrsonalozed Annivery card on the table amd got a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a candle. We had a memorable experience. Being inside the Hard Rock Hotel, you do need to get your parking ticket validated or you will pay the $53 parking fee.

  Everything was first class. The GM has really built a great team. We watched his hands on involvement from table clearing to words of encouragement. Our server Amanda was wonderful in every moment. She showed us that she wanted to make sure we had a fine experience. At the bar, Chris and Amy were familiar friends. Always the best. Even the young man that prepared our lobster was personable and efficient. Thank you, loyal guests of The Palm for over 20 years!! Tom & Betty Barr

  We went out to Celebrate purchasing a home in FL. We were greeted by the General Manager who later gave us a glass of champagne to celebrate our purchase. Our Waitress was Amanda. She was happy, attentive without hovering. We have always made a point to go to The Palm in any city we happen to be in. Now we are going to live about a half an hour away. AMAZING. Now the food tonight, like every time I have been here, it was awesome! My cocktail was full with a nice pour. My wife loved her wine. We also got Lobster bisque and cold crab cocktail. The bisque is what my wife likes but we both love the crab. The horseradish is amazing and 🔥 We then split the steak and 8 oz lobster tail. Both with so much flavor. We did get the extra sauce which was great but not needed. The steak itself was great.

  My company hosted a dinner at The Palm on 6/15/26 for ~120 guests and it was exceptional from start to finish. Kendall was our contact throughout the planning process and she was awesome. She was thorough, super responsive and easy to get ahold of, and very proactive ensuring that we had everything we wanted. The staff was really so impressive. Before the guests arrived, the team leaders all greeted me personally and everyone seemed very prepared. The dinner itself was perfect and went extremely smoothly. The servers were quick and efficient but I felt that they made great efforts to give a high-quality experience to each individual guest--which I recognize is not easy with a group of this size! Every guest that I spoke with mentioned how great the service was. Food and drinks came in a timely manner and everything was great. The folks at my table especially loved the mini crab cakes and the mac and cheese! We value our clients and partners very highly and this was the exact kind of experience we hoped to give them. Thank you so much to the whole team.
