  My wife and I went for Magical Dining and had an exceptional time. Amanda our server was exceptional. She was so attentive, made great recommendations and did an amazing job. The food was exceptional and the hash browns are literally heaven. The cheesecake was ok but the main course of the filet and the apps were awesome. Also gotta give a shout out to the pretzel bread, that was so freaking good. Thank you to Amanda for an exceptional evening and we can’t wait to go back!

  Wow, what a dinner we had at The Palm. Six of us dined there to celebrate a number of big and recent birthdays as our "fancy dinner" while visiting Universal and were not disappointed. They have an extensive dinner menu but we opted for the 100th anniversary "Menu" ($79pp) and were more than pleased with every part. Between us, we ordered at least one of each option for the courses. We weren't sure of the portion sizes so ordered a few a la carte sides that were fine but really not necessary. The selection of warm breads was accompanied by a delicious herb w/parmesan olive oil for dipping. The meatball was appetizer OUTSTANDING. We all agreed it was one of the best things we have ever eaten. Yes, the meatball. It was huge (enough for a meal itself) but no one left a bite. The other app option, seared ahi, was good but nothing could hold a candle to that meatball. The salads were fresh, the bisque had sizable chunks of lobster and the tiramisu was big enough for three of us. The shrimp in the pasta entree were huge and juicy and the steaks were cooked to perfection. We ordered the filet mignon vs. the 12oz. NY Strip; no way any of us could have packed in the additional meat. The drinks were beautiful and tasty, our server John P. was friendly, fun and attentive and the portraits/artwork all over the walls are a lot of fun to check out. They even gave each of the birthday folks a card to commemorate the occasion. We arrived early and took the opportunity to have a drink at The Velvet Bar and check out the John Lennon and other Rock 'n Roll memorabilia that's all around. If you're looking for something special in Orlando, the six of us would resoundingly recommend The Palm!

  This was a wonderful dining experience. Our server Amanda was great, friendly and checked in often enough without ever being annoying. The bread/butter to start was delicious. Meatballs and Cesar salad as appetizers were both tasty. The filet was one of the better ones I’ve ever had, cooked perfectly. Chicken parm was great as well (still great as leftovers the next day). Lobster Mac and cheese was another winner. Tiramisu and carrot cake for desert were both outstanding. It was so nice to have quiet adults around us and no children running around or obnoxious people playing videos loudly from their phone. Just a room full of adults enjoying their meals and company they’re with, if only all meals at nicer restaurants in this area could be this way.

  As someone who touts the Palm in Miami for having the best chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had, this Palm in Orlando is quite literally the worst chicken parm I’ve ever had from a restaurant. The tomato sauce tastes like they took a can of crushed tomatoes and poured it right on the plate with no care. I detected 0 salt 0 seasoning just bitter uncooked crushed tomato. The breading was thick…. Like…. SUPER thick. The breading on both sides was about as thick as the chicken itself. The pasta which was very lightly coated in that awful tomato sauce was inedible I actually couldn’t swallow it. For $44 I expected the same experience that I had from the Palm in Bay Harbor Miami but instead I threw my food away after taking 2 bites. If someone from management reads this I seriously seriously seriously suggest emulating exactly what they do at the Palm Miami and I will remove this review and replace it with a 5 star review.

  Well Birthday weekend has started out poorly. Went to the Palm Restaurant and they were out of the lobster special I had mentioned on the reservation we were going to order the lobster for 2. Very disappointed. So the Food itself is good, but I was soo disappointed 😞 and down because the Special Lobster 🦞 Meal for 2 that we made the Special reservations and request for this meal was the reason why we made reservations there for my Birthday 🎂 . That's why I was so bummed.... And we were told they were out of all Lobsters???? Our server, Lindsey, was great! Manager, Alexis, was also very kind she offered a 5-lb. lobster then said she they didn't have any, they ran out. Manager comped Husband's 2 drinks, since his 1st drink wasn't so great. But as for my Birthday and the reservations, I just wanted to add please, if you run a special, and you made a special reservation for 2, you could have checked to see if we were going to keep our reservations. Birthday meal gone wrong. Not a great evening. 😪
