I give it 5 stars overall because the food is delicious! 😋
But, while the self service system works, it is tough to get assistance if you dine in and need assistance. The guy running the to-go orders for the kitchen area directed me to the cashier, but there was no cashier.
Atmosphere could've been cleaner this last time we were in there, but it has been nice in the past so I won't dock them too much. Maybe it was an off day.
The food is soooo good though it makes up for some of the experience stuff that falls short.
This was by far the best experience. Quality of food, service and ambience was top-notch.. Definitely a 10 out of 10. This is perfect for a Casual date night Or dining with the family.
Big shout out to Gilbert, for the great hospitality and for recommending the best selections on the menu! You sure deserve a raise, thank you!
We will definitely make this a regular spot!

Raef Moustafa is truly one of the main reasons I love coming to The Dough Show. As the manager of the UCF location, he represents professionalism, kindness, leadership, and outstanding customer service at the highest level. The restaurant is honestly very lucky to have someone like him leading the team.
Every time Raef is working, the atmosphere feels more welcoming, organized, and enjoyable. I personally wait for the days he is there before coming in or placing an online order because I know with complete confidence that everything will be prepared perfectly and handled with care. That level of consistency and dedication is truly rare to find.
Raef always goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated and valued. Even during busy times, he remains respectful, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring toward everyone. You can clearly see how much pride he takes in his work and how committed he is to providing the best experience possible.
His positive attitude, amazing work ethic, and exceptional leadership make a huge difference, and it absolutely does not go unnoticed. Managers like Raef are very hard to find nowadays, and he truly deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does every single day.
Thank you again, Raef, for always taking such great care of your customers and for making every visit enjoyable. I cannot recommend this location highly enough, and I truly wish you continued success because you deserve nothing but the very best!
I decided to go here after graduation at UCF. It was the closest place that was still open, also I love middle eastern food . This was the best place to go and even though I dont live here I definitely would come back. The owner (sorry didnt get his name) was really nice and friendly, he could tell me and my boyfriend were new there and helped us out. The place had alot of people, clean, the food came quick, and it was really good and fresh. We had the swarma bite mix, the appetizer sampler and it comes with pita bread which you can see the worker making bread fresh, lentil soup, Hibiscus drink, and the dubai dessert togo. Perfect selections if you havent tried it out you have to give this place a try. If I lived here I would come regularly. My only complaint is they probably should close at 12p on fridays and saturdays because we left right before they closed and people was still coming which shows they are popular and the locals really like this place.

Today I visited The dough Show. I had seen this place on several foodie pages I follow, and it immediately caught my attention since I’m a huge fan of Mediterranean food. What really stood out to me is how innovative the concept is. It’s not just traditional Mediterranean food — it’s more of a fast-food Mediterranean twist, and from the first moment I saw it, I knew I wanted to try it.
I stopped by today since I was in the area, and the place itself is very modern and beautiful. I placed my order directly through the computer system they have, which was actually pretty cool and convenient. You don’t even need to go to a counter — although you can still order manually, which is what I did.
I ordered the lentil soup, and honestly, it had been years since I had such a delicious lentil soup. It’s definitely one of my favorite lentil soups I’ve ever had. I also ordered the mixed shawarma. The flavor was good, but I do feel like the protein could improve a bit because both the chicken and the beef were a little dry. I’d love to see them make the meat juicier.
For dessert, I tried the Dubai sweet pizza and it was absolutely delicious.
The service was incredible as well. Maria took amazing care of me she cleaned the table, paid attention to details, and was extremely kind. Karin was also wonderful.
I definitely recommend this place 100%, and I’m looking forward to coming back soon to keep trying more things from the menu.
