  I placed a mobile order and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. I did not receive my food and when I asked what was going on they said they haven't started my order yet and that they have to serve the drive through first. So if you come here get ready to be ignored the entire time even though you paid like everyone else. 15 minutes in a Tacobell absolutely ridiculous. Mind boggling how they treat customers at this location. Go anywhere but here.

  (Miss Ciara) I had a really disappointing experience here and feel like it needs to be addressed. The food itself was already underwhelming, but what made the situation worse was the behavior of one of the employees.From the moment we interacted, the staff member was noticeably rude and unprofessional. Top it off I asked her if it’s going to be a while before my food was out and she didn’t and she continued to laugh and chuckle like it was funny , when I ask for a refund she huffed and puffed as if she was mad to ,There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and when we asked simple questions about the menu, we were met with attitude instead of help. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Customer service is a huge part of any dining experience, and this completely ruined it. Even if the food had been amazing, the way we were treated would have still made this a negative experience. I understand everyone has bad days, but being dismissive and disrespectful to paying customers is not acceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both staff professionalism and overall service. Moral of the story

  Great location and great crew. Food was made perfect. The place is super clean and right next door to a WaWa gas station win win. Keep up the great attitudes, smiles and work.

  Went for lunch out of sea world. Took extremely long. Probably not workers fault since only had 3 people working but they did move very very slowly even tho had several orders to fill. Food was fine. It’s Taco Bell not steakhouse. Go at own risk and have time before having to be somewhere else

  Only reason I’m not giving 1 star because my food actually was fresh. Literally ALL I ordered was a Crunchwrap supreme and it took 15 minutes to get my order and they weren’t even busy. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone asked me if I needed help. I just said I was waiting on my order. He asked my name, I gave it, and in a deadpan tone I got “give us a few more minutes” The person who made the food called my name and literally just dropped the bag. Couldn’t even be bothered to hand it to me. Good location and food. But SLOW and terrible service
