  the service at this Taco Bell was TERRIBLE. I went today on April 15th at 11:51pm and the guy who was operating the speaker was telling me that he refused to take my order because they were "short staffed and busy" and there was only 3 cars. I told him I would happily wait in the drive thru line if he was too busy but instead he just told me to leave the restaurant. He continuously told me I was not allowed to wait in line. They were terrible and he should be fired. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. The one on semoran was a way better experience.

  Edgar at the drive thru was had fantastic conversation and customer service! Food was as it should be.

  Im sorry but the last 3 times i came here theyve been messing up my order. Im guessing it the night shift also whoever is working night shift drivethru monday the 23rd is very nice. I love the workers but it just isnt good at this taco bell :(

  Francese and Rakyia serviced me they were nice and friendly. I ate my whole meal the first time that's the picture with everything empty. Came the next time and ordered fries and asked for them fresh && received them soggy. They made it again but I clarified first so how would they give me soggy stale fries if I asked first? 🧐 Update March 25 2026 I came and ordered the 10 dollar nugget fry meal AND MY FRIES WERE HANDED TO ME STALE AND DRY AND LESS THAN WARM. THIS THE THIRD TIME && ITS THE SAME STAFF WHAT IS GOING ON 😡😡😡 mind u I told one of the employees about the fires she said " well did u ask for them fresh?" , umm excuse me. I payed for this food with money I work for. Why do I have to ask u to give me the quality food I paid for. The fries should always be good quality I shouldn't have to ask "hey, do you think you can serve me decent quality food?" I'm PAYING for the food 😡😒. ridiculous. I'm going to just stop coming here because this is just insane.
