  Had a quick dinner trying the avocado chicken stacker, chicken burrito Supreme, and chicken quesidlla combo and it was perfect. No stomach after.

  In the past year or so they started hiring lazy staff who don't cook the chalupa shells at all. Instead they prepare them uncooked just like gordita shells. If I wanted a gordita I would order a gordita. I always order chalupas because I want crispy chalupas. They're supposed to batch cook the chalupa shells for 55 seconds, but apparently that is too much work for them. This was my go-to taco bell for decades. I guess they have new management or stopped caring. No point going there anymore if they don't cook the only item I order right.

  This is one of those drive thru lines where once you’re in it you are stuck in it and can’t back your car out of it. We mobile ordered two burritos, waited a total of 56 minutes in line, and were handed cold food that wasn’t even ours. I parked to go inside to swap it for the right order but the door was locked. I knocked after realizing that I could not open the door, and knocked loud as to get their attention since they were behind the counter & had headsets on. The lady that answered fixed our order and then said “next time don’t try and break my door” I was absolutely appalled. You make me wait an hour TRAPPED in a line I can’t get my car out of, gave me the wrong order, and then accused me of trying to break your property. I worked in fast food for years, don’t think for one second that I don’t “get it”, but how dare you,

  Stopped here otw the an air b&b after long day at forbidden kingdom and was met with a very long line for food, and a staff that was pleasant, not seemingly stressed, amazing attitude and service tone, and the food came out perfect. I haven't experienced a better taco bell in a while

  I don't usually expect much from Taco Bell but this location should be the model for all the others to follow. The staff which is usually Ms Michelle and the day shift manager have this place running a smooth as butter. They always greet you when you come in and prepare the food like it looks on the menu board! Great customer service and great food! Definitely a step above the rest!
