I entered the establishment at 8 pm. An employee working the window was screaming at his supervisor about the way he was treated. Nobody came to greet me as I was trying to figure out the kiosk that had no instructions how to use. Employee continued to complain out loud. Finally after 5 minutes I got my order right. Still... Nobody walked up to give support. They forgot to get me my refresca. At home I noticed that the amount of beef in my taco's was miniscule, no bigger than as big around as a pencil, one had no tomato or cheese. I felt like I was ignored and ripped off for the amount of money I spent. They need to hire responsible
Mature individuals instead of immature children with no work ethics.

Every time we come here when we just don’t have the energy to cook, Austin is working the drive thru and he provides great service. He even tells us to drive safe after handing us our food. My husband comments what a great guy he is every time.
