  I honestly don’t understand why fast food service has gotten so bad lately, especially for customers inside the restaurant. I came to Taco Bell during my lunch break and ordered just two tacos. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes while the drive-thru kept moving nonstop. A customer who ordered after me got helped before I did, and nobody even checked on me or asked if I was waiting for food. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I gave it another chance because it was nearby, but it was the same experience again. I understand drive-thru is important, but customers inside the restaurant matter too. Basic customer service is simply acknowledging people and making sure they’re taken care of. If someone chooses to come inside, sit down, and eat at your restaurant, they shouldn’t feel ignored. I used to work management in fast food, including McDonald’s and Wendy’s, and one thing we always understood was that every customer mattered — front counter and drive-thru alike. People are on lunch breaks, have limited time, and just want decent service. The food wasn’t the issue. The issue was feeling forgotten. If restaurants are going to focus only on drive-thru times, then there’s no point in even having dine-in seating anymore. Front counter customers deserve the same attention and respect as everyone else.

  This taco bell is terrible. They are refusing to open up at their listed operating hours and insisting on sending the customers to the drive through

  Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have been to. Usually they are pretty quick with their food but I waited around 10 minutes for just an individual meal. Then I also received the scraps when it comes to their nuggets. Really disappointed.

  10/10 Taco Bell experience! This Taco Bell is amazing. I went to Taco Bell today April 16th at around 12am and Andrew was taking my order. He had such amazing customer service and I loved his attitude and enthusiasm! I highly recommend this Taco Bell, I come here a lot and I've never had a bad experience
