the store actually close the dine in a earlier than say especially on the week day so don't waist your time is a trap
Staff here were awesome and loved their job. Took the time out to get to know us through the drive through. Food was made fresh.
The drive-thru attendant was great, but my double beef burritos had maybe one bite worth of beef on each one. I was under the belief they had forgotten the beef until halfway through the burrito.

I had a really disappointing experience with the nachos at Taco Bell they honestly tasted toxic and completely off. It was concerning enough that I couldn’t even continue eating them.
That said, I do want to recognize Ally, the manager in training. She handled the situation really well. She stayed calm, listened, and made a genuine effort to explain things and diffuse the situation in a professional way. Even though the food quality was a major issue, her customer service made a big difference in how the situation was handled.
I hope the food quality gets addressed because that was a serious concern, but Ally definitely deserves credit for her professionalism and how she treated me.

Review: Extremely Disappointing Drive‑Thru Experience
I’m leaving this review because I was genuinely disappointed with my recent visit. I pulled into the drive‑thru and was told to place my order when ready. After waiting about five minutes and repeatedly saying “Hello, I’m ready to order,” no one ever responded.
When I pulled up to the window to explain that no one answered, I was told I needed to go back and do the entire line again. I explained that I had been trying to order and wasn’t being attended, yet the employee said he spoke to the manager, “Ceaser,” and that I still had to re‑enter the line.
That is completely unfair and honestly ridiculous. If the store is short‑staffed, that’s something management needs to figure out but customers shouldn’t be punished for it. We waited, we tried to order, and we were ignored. Being told to start over after their lack of response is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service.
I ended up parking and going inside to place my order. Another employee who was cleaning stopped what they were doing, took my order, and apologized multiple times. Not once did the manager come out to apologize or acknowledge the situation.
I’ve never had an issue at this location before, but this experience was not right. Management needs to do better.
