  Unbelievable, nachos bell grande had like hardly any chips on it,... barely any cheese, no toppings besides beef and cheese when all I asked for was no beans...then they forgot my drink altogether...didn't notice until I got home ...so had to drive back to the location to get the correct nachos and asked if I could get 2 cheesy roll ups for the inconvenience... nope was still charged $3 for those and was made to go around the drive through line twice because she couldn't hear me at the drive through speaker...so had to go to the second window to tell her what happened and she then blames me that I "left without my drink" when the window had already closed when she gave me my food the first time...so she says after I get there the second time I have to go back around to the back behind another 3 cars...so in total had to go through the line 3 times and drive back twice and wasn't even able to get a $3 item for free for the inconvenience of having to drive back there. This experience is the epitomy of what's wrong with kids pretending to know what customer service means!! 12-1:30 I wasted trying to get one taco bell order correct... whoever was in charge here as a manager needs a demotion!!! Super disappointing food and customer service!!!!

  The manager Jazline is extremely rude, everytime i go there she always gives me an extremely rude attitude, and its not just me, my friends and other people that I know who has been to that taco bell at Narcoossee rd, said that they had the same bad experience as me with that rude manager Jazline , she's extremely and disrespectful, she should get fire immediately

  Called to ask if they had breakfast the day before, they said they did. Came in the next day at 9:15AM. Not only did they not have breakfast they weren't even able to take orders at all. I live out of country and this was my only chance to get tacobell breakfast. Literally ruined my entire day.

  Make sure before you leave to deconstruct your food to make certain the are no onions when you order items without onions as otherwise you will be most likely disappointed.
