  I don't want to be too hard on the service since one employee went above and beyond to correct the issue but before this employee had done so things were not looking good. The wait for the food was long but understandable: it was the late night dinner rush (10pm) and this is one of the closest Taco Bells to Disney. That's fine. I also understand if the order was a bit off: it was an order for 4 people with a variety of dietary restrictions. So when the order came out the first time missing some items, this was fine. But when we came in to fix this issue the lady (who I'm assuming was the manager?) just looked so annoyed. It took multiple attempts with us ultimately waiting almost an hour until one of the employees working the assembly line said he'd start the order from scratch that we finally got the correct order. So props to that employee, thank you for everything you did that night. I hope you get a promotion soon.

  Best and easiest Taco Bell experience I’ve genuinely ever had. My order was perfectly made, the portions were larger than normal, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Got my order quickly and correctly. It wasn’t at all busy even at dinner time. And they offer indoor and outdoor seating.

  We come to Orlando a few times a year and always end up hitting this Taco Bell at least once a trip. The employees are always the nicest fast food employees we've ever had the pleasure to interact with. We've never had an order wrong! Who ever is running this place, give them folks a raise and keep doing what you're doing.

  If I could put zero stars for this place. Trust me I would. The treatment I received here was the worst most embarrassing moment ever treated by staff. I was doing Doordash a couple days ago and the rain was extremely bad so I was stuck on one order for almost 2 hours between the traffic and the rain. It was my first order for the day and I already spent what I had to fill up on gas. Once I dropped off that order I closed out and decided to get something to eat before I continue driving for the evening. I didn't make much on my first ride of the day but I had some cash and decided to use what I made on that order to grab a quick bite. I came to this Taco Bell drive through. Made my order and that's when things just declined from there. I gave her the $6 cash I had and told her to charge the remaining on my card. The order total was 13 and change. And my card had 12 and some change. I know didn't have much but I had more than enough to cover getting some food before I continued to work. She swipes my card for the $7+ and I guess something happened with their system and then she keeps asking a fellow coworker if this is was supposed to happen. Then she swipes the card again and now since she swiped my card the first time the funds were already taken and then I was left with a little over $5. Clearly at this point since the first swipe took what I had. I couldn't afford a second swipe. At this point she's going through so weird commotion over what might be happening and I opened my account to make sure my card was on. I saw the first charge and then after my card declined when she tried to charge it again and again after. She comes back over to the window and yells, "I know why it's because you ain't got no money!" At that point I was furious for being treated like that. I show her the first swipe came off of my card and she grabs a manager. At that point it's back and forth over paying for my food. I simply kept asking can I just have the cash back since the transaction cannot be paid for since I can't afford to charge my card twice over this order. He goes no, it doesn't work like that. Almost in tears and embarrassed to be treated like this I said, I get that I can't afford it now after the first swipe I'm just asking for the cash back since I couldn't have the food and I just go somewhere else and try to grab something small to eat so I could get back to working. He goes it's ok I'm gonna take care of it for you and gives me the food. Furious and hungry I just grabbed the bag and drove off. A day later I checked k my statement and the food was in fact paid for and I was treated like shit over the entire situation.
