What a fantastic restaurant. There is plenty of parking. When you approach sushi saint it is unassuming but when you walk in the decor is fantastic. You immediately see the Tamaki Bar and the intimate decor perfect for a date night. We went for lunch and sat at the bar. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly about the menu. For appetizers we ordered the Sichuan cucumber and the Tofu Karrage. Both were excellent. For our meal we had the Bluefin tuna set and the house special roll. The fish was so fresh and melted in your mouth. There is so much to try and the price is right for such incredible quality. We can’t wait to go back and try the Omakase experience. Thank you Sushi Saint for a wonderful afternoon. We will be back.

Brought my family here for dinner at 5pm and my first objection was the unclean plate. Specifically the remaining food residue from the previous patron. Moreover the server brought over a dirty glass that, to his credit, he returned to the kitchen before setting at the table because again it was visibly unclean The menus were also stained and worn. Next there were no hand towels in the men’s bathroom. Insofar as their “signature” hand rolls they were all remarkably under-filled sheets of crunchy seaweed wraps. The sashimi and sushi were also heavily flavored with sauces and pastes with some pieces of tuna and whitefish that had an unpleasant after taste and slimy texture. I do not recommend this establishment.

Sushi Saint was excellent. The hand rolls were solid and really well done, but the edamame honestly stole the show — it was the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The salmon truffle roll was special and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. We also did the tuna sampler, which was very fresh, clean, and tasty. Overall, a great sushi spot with standout flavors and a few dishes I’d absolutely come back for.

I made a last minute reservation here for my lady and me before a concert at the Kia Center and really didn’t know what to expect. I’d heard about it in the socials but it was so last minute that I didn’t really think much about it. To say that our experience exceeded all expectation is an understatement. Location, central and easy to find. Aesthetics, beautiful (They were playing Whispered Away in the background and the music was on point). Food, amazing!! Jasmine and Kin treated us like family and helped guide us through the menu and every recommendation was perfect. The Japanese Elote is a MUST have! I’ve been dreaming of it since our visit a couple days ago. Will 1000% be back soon, next time with friends!!

Sushi Saint If you think you’ve had “good sushi” before… respectfully, you haven’t—at least not until you’ve experienced Sushi Saint. From the moment you walk in, it doesn’t feel like a restaurant—it feels like you’ve been invited into something rare. The energy is intentional, the ambiance is elevated, and the food? Michelin-level, without the ego. Every single bite tastes like it was created by someone who is deeply in love with the craft. Clean, precise, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. This is not dinner—this is an experience. But let’s talk about the real star: Jaz. Jaz didn’t just serve us—she orchestrated the entire night. Her attention to detail, her timing, her recommendations… effortless. She knew exactly what we needed before we even asked. There’s a level of care and presence that you just don’t see anymore, and she delivers it with warmth, confidence, and a kind of quiet luxury that makes you feel like you belong there. Honorable mention: Maddie. As someone who lives for spirit-free, plant-based experiences, I felt seen in a way that almost never happens. Maddie created the “Maddie’s Matcha Colada” and I’m not exaggerating when I say—it was magic in a glass. Thoughtful, inclusive, and crafted with intention. It wasn’t just a drink, it was a moment. As a spirit-free diner, my dreams quite literally came true feeling included in every single way. Honestly, calling this place “5-star” feels like an understatement. Sushi Saint is operating on a different frequency—this is seven-star energy. The kind of place you gatekeep… but can’t help telling everyone about. If you go, ask for Jaz… and don’t leave without trying Maddie’s creation. Trust me.
