  I ordered two subs and a cookie for delivery. Surprise, surprise—the cookie was missing. I requested extra ranch on both subs, but instead got a pathetic drizzle. I might have overlooked these disasters, but then I tasted the cucumbers. They were rotting. When I called the store, a dismissive girl claimed they "just cut them yesterday" and shrugged off the freshness issue. By then, I demanded a refund. She couldn't be bothered, saying they were too "busy" to do it then and maybe later in the day. This was at 3PM on a Tuesday, mind you. I contacted Subway guest services, and all they did was forward my complaint to the manager, who finally emailed back the next day. Her excuse for an apology was a generic "I do apologize," claiming she processed the refund—something the clueless girl hadn't even done. No coupon, no explanation, no promise of improvement. Not a word about checking the cucumbers or addressing it. Just an astounding failure in customer service, especially given the blatant food safety risk and their employee's incompetence. And to top it off, they've disconnected their corporate phone number, choosing to ignore their problems instead of addressing them. It's disgraceful to see a company I once worked for plummet so drastically. I would never have served rotten food or shown such disdain for my customers.

  Ordered two subs the same way off their app. Both came with barely a drizzle of ranch after asking for extra. Could have gotten over that but took a bite and the cucumbers were rotting. Called the store and told the girl working there that the cucumbers had gone bad. She said they "were cut yesterday" and that she "can't help the freshness". I asked for a refund and she then told me she would refund my order later in the day because they were too busy at the moment...(3pm on a Tuesday btw). Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to deal with food safety issues and abysmal customer service. UPDATE: Reached out to Subway guest services and got a reply of, "Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I do apologize." and that they processed the refund (looks like the girl at the store never did it). No coupon, no explanation or affirmation of better future service... just incredibly sad all around. I looked for a corporate number to call but apparently its been disconnected... Guess instead of fixing the problem they've turned their backs to it. So it looks like it's time to explore Firehouse, Jersey Mikes, and/or Publix anytime I want a sub in the future. I encourage everyone reading this to do the same.

  I went to the subway with my wife today. The lady called Jarmine helped us a lot to order online. She was very nice and helpful.
