  Clean! Good food, this lady with Pink hair is so sweet, unfortunately not the lady that did my order, she was the rudest person ever. Please make sure to hire people with customer service experience, I used to work in this company and it’s sad to see people working like this. For things like that people think twice in coming to your restaurant.

  What a bad service, the people there are rude, a tall brunette girl was very rude to talk to me, if we are not ready to serve the client well, it is better to get another job.

  very poor interaction - employee did not include cheese or toast sandwich or added extra meatballs which was paid for - when we asked her what her name was she replied “puttytang” and refused to remake sandwiches - occured on wednesday at 3pm

  Placed an order for pick up as I normally do for subway. I eat at various locations surrounding this location. I normally receive excellent service at other locations however upon entering the restaurant to get my pick up order I simply asked if they had a “pick up counter/rack” as some locations do. The lady that was there replied “wait and give me a minute I’m doing something and I’ll give it to you after” mind you she was full of attitude. I replied with an okay sounds good. When she asked for my name I said “Roman” she grabbed my order with an attitude threw it on the counter top and asked me to “sign” the receipt. Shortly after I kindly ask for her name, she refused to give me her name. Ran back to the manager to LIE about the interaction to watch her own back. I will be reporting this to BBB and FTC. The woman needs to work somewhere where she does not interact with consumers as she is affecting the sales of the establishment. The manager who is is cahoots with her also needs to be corrected because the manager didn’t bother to come speak to me as a professional would have. Absurd experience and needless to say I will not be coming to this location anymore. The interaction happened between 11:44am and 11:55am. You can see her on camera throwing my food in counter and being argumentative. Since she refused to give me her name I took a picture of the said person for clarification.
