  I took my teen for a classic dining burger experience. We ordered at a super busy time. The customer service was absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. They did mess up the order a little but fixed it with polite service and that’s hard to come by. My son is asking when we can go back. We will absolutely return for the deliciously classic hot dogs, burgers, shakes, pretzels and jalapeño poppers. It’s hard to take a teen somewhere and fill their bellies happily without burning a whole through our pockets but Sonic managed to do just that.

  Staggeringly slow service. Waited 15 minutes for an ice coffee and a hot coffee, but had to abandon the hot coffee because it was still wasn't ready after 15 minutes! I'm not happy that I didn't get what I paid for. Horrible customer service, staff never communicated that the coffee would take so long.

  The attention of this place is bad. Too much waiting time. Workers treat the public very badly, they don't know how to work with customer service, please change workers.

  Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I placed an order on the app for a small drink and cheese sticks and put in my stall number. After 20 minutes of waiting the progression icon on the screen went way. I had to press the red button and explain to them that I still haven’t received my order and then had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order… keep in mind there was only one other car there so it’s not like they were busy

  The app wouldn't work because their system was down, then once we pushed the button to order the lady was very friendly. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 sonic blast... 20 minutes later we wetter about to leave and then they come walking out. No sorry, no nothing. The ice cream was melting. Terrible service.
