  Employee stole my CC information. I spent the next two weeks working with the CC fraud team. Big headache, definitely don't hand these crooks a CC!

  the owner of this franchise genuinely needs to give up and hand it over to someone who gives a damn. no cars other than mine and it take 20 minutes to make two shakes? i ordered and payed for two smalls and was given mediums that weren’t even the shakes i ordered not to mention how dirty it is on the outside? moving here from the south i understand i have a better sonic experience in general but this is just pathetic.

  Felt kinda sketchy to be honest. ½ of the drive-thru menu was gone and no one answered. Decided to pull around to a parking spot to order only ½ were working on 1 side. So I pull around to the other side and ½ of the 2 rows have been removed. Pull into a slot push the button and it beeps crazy loud then the screen shows my order is on its way and I've not ordered. 5mins later no one has asked to take my order. So I press the button again. Again with loud beep, about a min later they asked if they can help. Got our food, the waitress was very nice and helpful. From what it looks like the restaurant is in disrepair and the staff is just doing the best they can with what they have.

  I would not recommend anyone go here. We waited for 25 minutes to order in the drive thru. Then we waited another 20 plus minutes for our actual food. If I hadn't already paid - I would have left. Their only solution was to offer free ice cream after I had already bought some.

  Worse ever! Bad customer service. The workers all had attitudes towards the customers. Drive thru took forever and when we paid she threw our card back at us and said if we didn't like it we could leave. Haven't been back since. And when we drive past it there are no cars there(at peak hours). So I'm guessing that others feel the same way as we do. Place sucks! Their lucky I gave 1 star as I had to pick one.
