  Either give 100% or close all your stores. Went to 2 local locations waited 20 minutes in line for both and still could not get my order taken. How much money are you loosing by not giving 100%? Asking for a friend.

  the people that work here do their best, however every time I’m here it’s never properly staffed and the poor workers are overworked and stressed out. it’s not fair to them for their restaurant to be chronically understaffed. sonic needs to treat their staff better.

  Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We showed up w only one car other than ourselves to order, when we were ready and pressed the button we were told to wait. Time kept passing by when 30 minutes passed we pressed the button again and we were told we had to wait 30 minutes because they were backed up on taking orders? I called to clarify we had already been waiting the thirty minutes and stated I was confused by the wait to which I was replied in a dismissive tone by the employee “The confusion is there’s only two of us ….” And proceeded to hang up. It’s very unfortunate that we didn’t even get a chance to place an order and have never heard of being “backed up taking orders.” If you go to this location be aware they may not have desire to work that day or are severely understaffed considering it was only one other car at the time w showed up…

  My son and I stopped in for shakes earlier because we were in the area and it had been a long time since we had sonic. We both took a drink of our shakes and they tasted so nasty. We were so disappointed and ended up throwing the shakes away. We have never had this happen ever.

  I honestly don’t understand how this location is still operating. Every visit is a frustrating experience. Half the time the systems are down, and when they’re not, the drive-thru can take 45 minutes or more even though there are barely any customers. The staff always seems uninterested, and the property itself looks run-down and poorly maintained. It’s been consistently disappointing for a long time. At this point, they’d be better off closing this location rather than continuing to provide such poor service.
