  I remember when you could order at Sonny’s on Semoran and your food would be ready in minutes. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I went through the drive-thru and after waiting about 10 minutes, they finally told me they were only accepting cash. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. While waiting, I also noticed a very strong chemical smell, like they were using industrial floor cleaner around 9:30 PM, which honestly didn’t feel very pleasant while people were ordering food. I can’t comment on the food because I never got to try it, but the overall experience and customer service were disappointing. In the end, maybe I saved myself from an even worse experience.

  The worst customer service literally sat in drive thru 10 freaking mins and they would not answer the speaker or come to the window. Girl literally looking stupid at me and guy just walking around even came to window but wouldn’t ask or say anything

  It takes forever for them to acknowledge you at the drive through even if they’re not busy. Then they talk so soft yet fast that you can’t understand. This location is always SO SLOW to prepare your order no matter how simple. Every single time I come, I am reminded why I shouldn’t!!! Horrible service.

  Not sure what was going on today, typically we have a smooth experience. I started at the drive thru with 4 other cars we waited around 20 minutes and realized no one was working or taking orders at the drive thru. We parked in a booth to order and the same thing happened no one was taking orders we thought maybe it was a bad booth or connection so went to another stall that had an active screen. To our disappointment we waited another 15-20 and nothing. Pushed the red button 3 times yet no one took my order. I walked to the front and was told they only have 2 people working and will take my order shortly….that was another 15 minutes ago. I wanted to give them the opportunity but decided to leave. There’s at least another 7 customers here, I hope someone gets some service.
