Honestly this was my first time at a sonic and I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I got there it took me 15 mins to get tended to and this poor manager lady. only had one other staff with her and one other Cook. I can’t how stressed she probably was because of the impatient nature of paying customers. Anyway- kudos to her for not crashing out.

I pulled up @12:50am on Wednesday 9-23-26 just to order a drink. I seen alot of cars pulling off but I can see that they are supposed to close at 1am. I was told they were closed and no longer taking orders. I wonder in the owner of this establishment knows that their closers are cutting their money short by closing 10-20 mins earlier then scheduled.

Horrible experience! Waited 30 minutes, while 3 other customers received their order. No one on the staff acknowledged how long my order was taking. I asked about some to check on my order, then after waiting the last 15 minutes still nothing. I would give this negative stars if I could.

I went to the self order parking spot and was told that they are drive through only. So I went to the drive through and the man told me to just come to the window to order. There was one car in front of me. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes and no one had came to the window to attend the car in front of me. They finally came and gave the guest in front of me their food. After that car left I waited at the window for another 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. No one came to do the window or could even be seen inside.’Then the lady finally came to the window and just opened it and stared at me. She said it would be a 15-20 minute wait, and that there’s only one person in the kitchen. We said we just wanted ice cream and she said they don’t even have ice cream. I asked her why she couldn’t let us know about the wait and she screamed at me and said “I didn’t know what you wanted!” She could have simply let us know at the speaker or when we first arrived at the window so we didn’t end up waiting so long. So we ended up leaving after sitting there for 25 minutes. The lady at the window was extremely rude. This happened on August 31, at 6:12pm.
