  Food had nothing wrong and the servers and food runners were great. What left a horrible taste in my mouth was they offer to take a complimentary souvenir photo for you and then use that image to generate AI cowboy and caricature versions of you to sell to you. I expected a small print for the complimentary picture with bigger prints for an up charge- that was fine. But not even a heads up that they were going to run our likeness into a slop factory? Gross. Enough to make me never want to go there again. See ya never.

  We went last night. It was a party of 6. We got there in time for happy hour at the bar. When we tabbed out we had to double/triple check the tab. For 6 drinks it was cheaper than 2 at the restaurants we went prior. I gotten filet and shrimp, the steak was so tender. My husband got the country fried steak. It was huge and absolutely delicious!! For my husband to say something is delicious is almost non existent. Probably go back again tonight.

  Went with my husband for our 1st Anniversary, I have loved Saltgrass since the first time I went there. There was this one time that we had a bad experience but it wasn't really on them their power had went off on a section of the restaurant so they had a limited menu and we weren't happy with the menu and then my husband got a steak that was about 65% fat and he hates fatty meat. But that didn't stop us from going. We joined their membership program and they even gave us a free dessert and a stuffed cow to celebrate our 1st Anniversary... Will definetly be back again... we also had my mom's 60th birthday dinner there so they can accommodate small parties and big parties...

  WOW!! I mean from the moment I sat down, it was fantastic service. I had a reservation at 6 for 4 people and arrived at 5:45pm. They sat us immediately. The host was confident and knowledgeable as to which table we were headed to. She sat us and informed us that our server would be with us, she individually placed our menus at each of our seats. When our server, Christiana (who was AMAZING — HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND) came over, she was extremely knowledgeable in the items on the menu. Both the food menu and alcohol menu. We seemed unsure and she had recommendations for appetizers and drinks right at the start. She was able to answer all of our questions; even when she didn’t know about a question regarding alcohol, she went and asked, came and relayed to information to me. She then continued throughout the meal to provide EXCELLENT service; asking if we wanted more bread, refills, and how the food was. She even asked at the end if she could box my food for me. I spoke to the manager, Alison, at the end of our meal and let her know what an amazing team and restaurant she has. She was extremely grateful and loved the kind words expressed. The service provided here was beyond excellent and I would recommend this establishment for the service alone BUT next onto the food. IF you’ve stuck around: the food, one word: PHENOMENAL. I’ve never had ribs this amazing. Truly fall off the bone ribs. My family’s steak cooked perfectly and exactly how they asked. Go here if you want an amazing dining experience. Period.

  We were on vacation and came to this Saltgrass location. I knew it was going to be an interesting experience because as we were waiting to be seated a waitress walked by the host stand and yelled out “don’t plan on seating anymore tables for me because I can’t take anymore.” Unprofessional. Then we sat and while the waitress we had was sweet everything took forever to come out. We were told “bread was in the oven” it came out cold. Out steaks were cold and so were my kids entrees. We then had a manager or something walk up to us and ask about our experience. I gave her the feedback and she offered us dessert for free to try to make it better which we declined because honestly we wanted to just pay and leave at this point. Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn will continue to be our go tos if we are looking for this caliber of steak even in other cities. Our bill was $115. We would have spent $80 at TR and had warm food and quick service. Never again
