  I usually am not one to complain when eating out because I work in the industry and I know how things can be but today I had a not so good experience. I ordered food for me and my daughter on the app and I came in to pick it up I even waited a little bit extra time then when the expected pick up time would be granted it’s a Friday evening . I come in and use the restroom before going over to the pick up area. I come and wait patiently because yes they were a little busy. Ok cool. Maybe 15 mins go by before anyone even asked me and another gentleman who was also waiting for an online order what the name was for order we were waiting for. They couldn’t find it . Seems like someone came in and took the orders before we got there. They refired our orders. But didn’t apologize or anything. The fries I got were cold and soggy. I’ve never had an issue with Portillo’s before this was a really disappointing visit

  Fallout vibes 10/10 Everyone knows the best kind of food that gives you a heart attack it’s was so good Go be happy be fat. I can’t eat red meat but the options for none red meat eater is good they have chicken fish n vegetarian options as well Husband was worried that there won’t be anything. For me to eat but I will always take a bite of what he eats even it does not agree with me n it’s all worth it N if any go for the fallout vibes is what really but it all together for me

  I love the service and the atmosphere, however, the burger was very soggy, completely soaking wet at the bottom. Waste of 7 dollars haha. The onion rings are good tho, so I didn’t put one star on food. Won’t finish the burger or order again. 😅

  This is a shame. All the other Portillos in Orlando are 4.4 stars and the one that happens to be on the way we are going is 3.9. Ok, we will take a chance and report on the result later today. I've been to a ton of Portillos around Chicago, so I know what to expect. For now, 3 stars as a placeholder.

  I decided to check out Portillo’s and ordered the chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink. Overall, the food was really good. The sandwich was fresh and flavorful, and the fries came out hot, which made it even better it definitely felt like everything was made to order. The inside has a really cute, old-school diner vibe that adds to the experience. It’s a fun atmosphere and makes the visit feel a little different from your typical fast-casual spot. The service was also a highlight the young lady who took our order was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain menu options, which I appreciated. My only downside is the pricing. The items felt a bit on the higher side for what you get, so that’s something to keep in mind if you plan to visit. Would I come back? Maybe but overall, it was still a great experience.
