- VGVeronica GOct 8, 20265.0Can I rate this more than 5 stars?? Food is always good. Huge fan. We came on 10/8 at 9 PM and the gentleman that took our order was truly such a delight! Such a positive attitude about working in the rain, great customer service, and overall gave us such a good experience. That said, shame on Portillos for having their employees taking orders in the rain. We felt so bad for him.

The food came out hot, the bread on the Italian beef and sausage combo was perfectly crispy, and the beef and sausage were generous portions. The fries were exactly how we asked for them, well done, crispy, and perfectly salted. Everything was fresh, hot, and just right today. Huge shoutout to the kitchen for getting every detail right. Well done, Portillo’s Waterford Lakes! Keep up the great work, we’ll definitely be back!
- SMSour ManSep 19, 20265.010/10 fast food place, would definitely recommend going here. Their Philly cheese steaks are goated, they will make it as greasy as you want it. Their burgers are fabulous, perfectly cooked, even the small fries feel like they're large. Milkshakes are the best I've tasted, their chocolate shake tastes like REAL chocolate unlike the other places I've been, as well with the vanilla shake. They have a lot to choose on their menu, custom options on the orders and you can even ask them in person to change a few things, and they will. It doesn't take that long for them to give out your food, I'd estimate it atleast 5 minutes or so, so you won't be waiting that long at all. Inside the building is well decorated. Edit: People from New York will DEFINITELY love this place
