  They always forget things when ordering from the drive thru. Food is mediocre and they serve stale yuca and short you on a large Cesar salad. Don’t expect much from the teenagers serving you food here.

  I had a very nice customer service experience with Patricia Ferr, she was very efficient and customer service friendly. This was my first time at PolloTropical. I will be coming back.

  First to start off today is my birthday I tried to apply my birthday reward that Pollo Tropical gives me every year. Somehow it submitted my payment method when it's supposed to be free. I tried to get a refund the customer service is the worst. I told the manager that I wanted to cancel the order as soon as I placed the order. The manager stated that he was unable to do a refund on online orders. He told me to call customer service which I was already on the line trying to dial customer service number. I went outside to call to let them know to refund me for the order and they wanted to know a reason I told them in the beginning it was because it submitted my payment method when it shouldn't have. Customer service placed me on hold and call the store manager and was told not to give me a refund, only to give me a credit in the app. I spend my money at this particular Pollo Tropical at the Millenia mall location all the time. They were being nasty saying they don't give refunds for human errors made by the customer. This wouldn't have been a credit because they took the payment from my card. And they said that I could use the discount in the app for the purchase I made to use another time. That is not a refund. I went back into the store to get my food instead I told the manager I know that he was on the phone with the customer service telling her not to give me my refund back to my card. I will no longer pay any more money at another Pollo Tropical for the worst treatment from the Manager at the store and customer service I received today. If Pollo Tropical won't do refunds they will no longer get my service. I will be removing my payment method from the App and closing the account and removing the App off of my phone.

  First timer here!! I love it!! We got a family meal which is the whole grill chicken and the big side of rice and black beans. It’s also come with 4 pieces of rolls. We also try the bowl of classic churrasco steak, sweet plantains, and cheesy yuca bites! The chicken is tender inside with little crispy skin. It’s so flavorful with a hint of citrus. The rice is not like a regular rice. It has a buttery taste to it. So yuuummm!! The yuca bites is so good!! Crispy outside with the melted cheese inside. The steak is juicy and delicious. Just a little portion in my opinion. In one big bowl, we only got 7 tiny slices. For the sauce, we try everything but my favorite is cilantro garlic sauce and chimichurri. The service is fast in drive thru lane, the staff is nice and knowledgeable!
