  Half cheese missing on pizza called for a remake & manager at this location Amanda argued and gave attitude about how she made it with a single cup portion of cheese . I began to tell amanda my job is not to put the cheese on the pizza. when i buy my pizza i expect it to have cheese. she says she can make a remake but then claim she has oven problems so i asked for a refund instead and she denies a refund because she claims she made the pizza with a single cup portion of cheese and wont remake the pizza at this point. Really disappointed i order here all the time and to recieve that behavior and attitude from a manager position she should not be a manager.

  Super rude!! Horrible customer service. I never been treated so bad as today. I can say this Pizza Hut is so bad.

  I order hand tossed pizza and got Pan, then I ordered wings without breading and I got breading. 2 times I ordered Drinks with my food orders and never got them. Manager didn't want to help and said that I got everything I ordered as they listened to a recording. Meanwhile she didnt understand when I said that I did not get my drinks and the order was wrong. She didn't care to fix the issue, only told me to call tomorrow so I can speak to a GM. Terrible store and service.
