The customer service was poor, and the pizza quality did not meet expectations. I placed my order online, but the order was prepared incorrectly. As a result, I had to wait while two new medium pizzas were made. This caused a significant delay and inconvenience. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I hope improvements are made in both order accuracy and customer service.
