  Just when you think you find a good Pizza Hut this happens and now I will not go back because who's to say this hasn't happened before and I just never paid attention but something had me check the receipt when I got home after my interaction at this store. I ordered as shown in the pictures online and even paid the additional charge for Original pan pizza which baffles me that the signature pizza yall are known for we now have to pay extra for but whatever I like pan pizza. I get a phone call from the store shortly after from this location which needs to fix their phones because I couldn't hear the last on the phone but got the gist they ran out of medium pan pizza dough and asked if I'd be OK with hand tossed. I had hand tossed but what choice do I have its dinner and I already paid for it and told everyone that's what's for dinner. I get there and ask them if they are refunding the upcharge for pan pizza and was told they fixed it in the computer and that I got pan pizza and they were out of hand tossed. Confused I tried explaining to the guy and argued with me so whatever I left. It wasnt till I got home and they left the receipt on the breadstick box but was hidden from the pizza box on top of it. I get home and seen this price difference and even checked my bank account because my order was only $49.25 but no I was charged and extra $7 without being advised they just did it. I called the store because not only was i charged extra I was not given my order of cheesesticks that I used my points for. When the guy answered I told him the situation and was like well credit you the $7 but your out of luck for the cheesesticks since they were free anyways. I didn't want a credit I want the money returned to my account you weren't authorized to take. Called customer service was told management would reach out. At the time of this post still waiting and the $55.09 posted to my account as shown above. Watch this place apparently they will steal money anyway they can
