  Do yall even read what’s on the DoorDash orders ?? Or yall just throw whatever yall have available in peoples orders . This is ridiculous . I received absolutely nothing I ordered . And the food smelled bad .

  Ordered on the app, pickup time was 10:33pm! I arrived at 10:33 I walked in no acknowledgment first red flag granted every one was “working”. Walked up to the register waited about 3 minutes no biggie, worker walks up I mentioned I had an online pick up worker stated it’ll be another 5 minutes again no biggie so I wait outside for 8 minutes instead just to give them a lil extra time although there weren’t many customers inside. I then go back inside again everyone (employees)are ignoring the register area not concerned of any of the other customers (including myself) time; while one of the workers approached to see if another customer is picking up an order I ask would my order be ready because now the app is saying my order is ready he walks to the warmer looks inside and disappears in the back. Now I was getting frustrated because not only did I be considerate with their “time” I now get ignored, I then wait another 5 minutes for another employee to walk to the front which I had to quickly ask if my order is ready again which it’s already 20 minutes passed, he goes & check in the warmer & says it’ll be 20 seconds they were missing my 2nd set of boneless wings after waiting another 2-3 minutes I finally received my food @ 10:57pm. The store employees aren’t professional at all, also was my first time picking up & or ordering from that location. Very disappointed & unsatisfied especially after a long day at work myself I get it but being attentive to your customers goes a long way.

  One waitress for the whole place wow but the pizza was worth it. They had no lettuce that day and no silverware. We had to use plastic and the screams were unbelievable but then again we were very happy with the pizza.

  My food was 3rd party delivery took over hour & half to get delivery to my hotel . Call the restaurant customer service was ridiculous. Call the restaurant and manger ain’t take my call . Service was ridiculous overall . Waiting on hold over hour for the manger still didn’t come to my call . Poor service. NORTH CAROLINA IS BETTER & BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY!

  Waited a whole 2 hours for my order and the lady comes “would you like your check ?” Then remembers she never brought the pizza and apparently never even place the order . Then I told her to just give it to me to go ..which they just throw the pizza in and all pieces apart ….Terrible and slow service . Ask for my money back and she couldn’t even do that !!! This place needs more workers …slow slow and unprofessional.
