  "My family and I had an incredible dinner at this place lastnight on July 7th, and our server, Ms Nat. was absolutely top-notch! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and gave us fantastic recommendations that made our meal perfect. Her exceptional service truly elevated our night(and she distracted my son who was havinga melt down). We will definitely be back, and we hope to have Ms Nat takes care of us again!"

  DO NOT ORDER HERE. We placed the order, waited 2 hours. We called them and found out their driver stole our pizza. Waited another 90 min for our new pizza. The receipt said they only charged us 21 dollars but the bank statement said they charged us 30 dollars. SO WHERE IS THE 9 DOLLARS? DID THEY ALSO STEAL THAT FOR TIP? HORRIBLE SERVICE. PIZZA WAS GROSS TOO.

  The manager is absolutely completely poor customer service.I try to place an order twice for my children.For delivery and they cannot find my hotel room which is a water resort twice.I would not go through the hassle and try and order through these people.I even was charged twice, and I tried to talk to the manager and let them know that I never got the food.They didn't believe me charged me twice for the food.I would never go to this place or eat here or do what the stress, especially when you're on a vacation.Go somewhere else, don't waste your time

  Pizza was delivered incorrectly, no big deal but when I called in the person was extremely rude and made every attempt to push the blame back to me. Eventually I was told it wasn’t their fault or problem and she hung up on me. I tried taking the pizza back up (without a single bite missing) employees just wanted to argue and zero attempt to fix anything.

  ⭐ One star for good reason!! We’ve ordered from here plenty of times, but tonight was a complete failure. I placed my order at 9:14 PM. At 9:52 PM, I got a text saying it was “on its way.” We live 1.5 miles down the road. It never came. I called at 10:17 PM and was told the driver “must have stolen it.” You’d remake it and send it out. I called again at 11:00 — told a driver would be “assigned shortly.” At 11:42 PM, nearly two and a half hours after ordering, I was told you were “just going to send the driver.” At that point I cancelled. That’s not a delay. That’s three hours of being told whatever would get me off the phone. No food, no urgency, no real accountability — just excuses passed from one call to the next. A loyal customer doesn’t expect perfection, but they do expect to actually receive the order they paid for, or a straight answer when something goes wrong. We won’t be ordering again. Fix your delivery operation and train your staff to do more than stall.
