Good: the place is aesthetically pleasing, the service is friendly, they respect reservations so you truly don't have to wait if you have one and get there on time, food is fresh, flavorful (the Classic Ceviche and the Merengón dessert are really awesome!) and well plated, the drinks are very good including the non-alcoholic versions such as the Strawberry Cucumber lemonade (highly recommended!). The not so good: the music is way too loud (maybe Friday/ Saturday night crowds are seeking a party vibe but seemed unnecessary on a Sunday evening), the Lomo Salteado was overcooked and extremely dry despite we ordering it medium, the Jalea de Mariscos is not a typical peruvian jalea as the fish chunks are way too big and you have to order the Leche de Tigre as a separate side and lacks variety in terms of seafood it is mostly catch of the day with one or two calamari/shrimp here and there, the portion of Pulpo (grilled octopus) is too small for the price - one tentacle only. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Let me first start by saying run, don’t walk to this place! our server, Gaby was top tier. Super personable and she was hilarious. I already know we’d be best friends. We’re visiting and I found this spot on Instagram. The atmosphere/ambiance is also a plus. The food and drinks - no complaints. The empanadas were deeeeelish. There was also a live violinist and a professional photographer. Great experience . I would recommend to anyone

Absolutely outstanding experience! 🇵🇪❤️ From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional. The food was delicious, authentic, and full of flavor, but what truly made our visit special was the service. Oscar was an A+ server, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to Sergio, the General Manager, for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere and making sure everything was running perfectly. You can really tell when a restaurant has a team that cares about their guests. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this Peruvian gem! 🇵🇪✨

Absolutely loved Pisco! The food was incredible—everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is such a vibe too: lively, beautiful, and perfect for a fun dinner out. And a huge shoutout to Gabi la Chica! She made the experience even better. Her service was excellent—super attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of the entire night. She was amazing! Definitely one of those places I’d recommend and come back to again. Great food, great energy, and even better service. 10/10!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Pisco in Lake Nona, especially after seeing so many overwhelmingly positive reviews. My son and I arrived around 4 PM when the restaurant was basically empty, yet we stood at the entrance for about five minutes before the waiter or bartender even acknowledged us. After being seated, our appetizer was served before we ever received our water. We eventually had to ask the busboys for it. Our waiter did not bring out our food and didn’t come back to check on us until we were already halfway through our meal. The food was also disappointing. I ordered the lomo saltado, a dish I’ve had many times at other restaurants, and I was surprised by how it was served. Everything was separate—the meat, French fries and rice. Part of what I enjoy about lomo saltado is the beef, onions, tomatoes and fries being stir-fried together so the flavors and sauce come together. This just didn’t have that same experience or flavor I was expecting. Then the bill came, and I was shocked to see an automatic 18% service charge added for a party of two. I was not made aware of this beforehand, and considering the level of service we received, it was especially frustrating. When I questioned the waiter, I explained that I’ve been to several Don Julio establishments and partnership restaurants and have never encountered an automatic 18% service charge like this. His response was, “If you’d like, I can take it off.” That confused me even more. If the 18% is mandatory, how can it simply be removed when questioned? And if it’s optional, why is it automatically added to the bill without being clearly explained beforehand? I have absolutely no problem tipping and tip very well for good service. My issue is automatically adding 18% for service when, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we received very little actual service. Between the service, the food, and the unexpected 18% charge, the entire experience was disappointing and definitely did not match the reviews or my expectations. For a $90 price tag, mind you , no alcohol , only waters and 1 Diet Pepsi, app and 2 entrees. I’d go down the block to Don Julio, where the food is much better and the service is superb.
