  Back to back issues with deliveries. They have issues determining hotels from apartments. Delivery driver arrived at 2:08 through my gate and never bothered to deliver the pizza. By 2:20 her and the manager were at the store waiting for my call. The low level manager Leona of 10 years, she’s very proud of this accomplishment and is only at this level because she’s in her words “ chooses not to advance “, will not let you get a word in. They arrived at 2:08 walked up to the wrong door with no callbox and left. Didn’t call, didn’t cancel the order. Just waited. Leona screamed at me the entire phone call prior to simply canceling the order as I asked over 10 times. Poor management, poor delivery drivers. They will also mess with your food. I had to have them remake it because it was so clearly tampered with. If you get this delivery driver just know she’s very rude and miserable. She’s the same one who tampered with my food surprised they even sent her back or even employee her. Her and Leona should promptly be fired. Will reach out to corporate, hopefully calls are recorded because I’m sure their regional manager would enjoy that phone call. Best part of their service was how fast they refunded my money, it was instant. Thanks for that. Eating zaxbys instead. Saved some money.

  I placed a large order in the amount of $178 to this location, the second large order that I've placed with here. I entered my email and it did not give me tracking information, a delivery estimated time, or any kind of confirmation whatsoever. My roommate placed a call to this store inquiring about it, and they said that they had tried to call (they did not.) and cancelled it immediately. My order had about 20 items in it, a large order, but with a location as busy as International Drive this should be standard for any location to be able to properly handle. Again, this has happened before where they have immediately cancelled a large order we have placed. I don't know if this is due to a staffing or inventory issue, but either way, this should be addressed properly by management if you are going to provide service in such a location. As a service industry worker myself, I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and carelessness displayed by their staff, and when I contacted the manager, he insisted (with a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude, with no apology, I will say) that he was the highest level of authority at the moment and therefore I could not get into contact with any kind of upper management. I will not be ordering from this location again, and management should be sorely disappointed.

  Bro, whoever the old man is needs to find another job. Twice I have ordered food via the app, gone to pick it up, and everyone ignored me until I had to scream, "Can I get my pizza?" The old man literally looked at me and started eating pizza instead of giving me my food. Then the woman got upset because I yelled, "Can I have my pizza?" Bro. No more.
