  I ordered 10 large pizzas for a gathering on 5/25/26 for pickup on 5/27/26 at 12pm. I selected text alert option but I never received any text about my order. On 5/27/26 I went to collect my order at 12pm and was devastated that it was not ready. I had to wait for 30-35 minutes to get it ready, which is totally unacceptable when someone places order much earlier for big occasions. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Very unreliable and unprofessional place.

  Ya’ll are very rude and disrespectful and I will no longer waste my hard earning money on ya’ll I hope no one ever goes to your store and deal with this awful treatment because I would of never treated any of my customers this way and I used to be a assistant GM for bk and I would never talk to people this way please, whoever is reading my review don’t go to this store ever in your life They are so rude and disrespectful I barely lasted on the phone The guy that I was on the phone with kept putting me on hold and was being very rude because I literally was telling him if I can just have 1 topping instead of two and he got mad and told me so why tell me to add the topping to the pizza if you don’t want it and I was like I didn’t know you guys charge for extra topping and he goes are you for real right now how do you not know like if I was a coworker for there establishment I would never work there in my life I know not to work for fast food ever again especially how they treated me and not only that but how dare he thinks it is ok to talk to a paying customer like that especially when I am ordering food for my toddler I don’t eat pizza because I’m allergic to cheese and milk why you think I ordered my pizza with no cheese I am trying not to get a allergic reaction and end up in the hospital moral of the story is that I just want everyone to know to keep away from that place especially if you are trying to order food for your love ones they don’t care if your child is hungry or not they will hang up and be disrespectful towards you
