  Papa johns is our goto for delivery. Always arrives hot and correct. Cant wait to try the new sandwiches.

  We put in an order and when we got there they couldn’t find our order and so fiance had to show them the receipt in order to prove to them we had ordered. The other guy in there said they gave away our order to somebody else and another guy just started laughing. Like it’s not funny dude. Like do you even check the order before you gave it to someone else? And the customer service was absolutely terrible. They obviously don’t care about their customers. This place sucks and I would recommend never coming here again.

  Great experience at Papa John’s! The customer service here is excellent, and it really made a difference. Cynthia was amazing, very friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

  Let me just start off by saying I understand that businesses get busy and staffing is sometimes an issue as well but when you pretty much tell off your customers, just because another customer decided that their order is more important then yours, that's where I draw the line. I never have issues with ordering online, however I feel the pizza dough (Papa John's Currency) expires too soon. but that's not too big of a deal. My issues lies with the employees. An employee called out my name while running down the orders that were ready, I immediately responded that it was me but then another customer (I think a door dasher) jumped in front of me and practically shoved the phone in the employees face asking if their order was ready. Needless to say I was a little annoyed but I was patient as the employee handled that customer. I waited a bit till he returned because the employee was running around all over, Again I understand your busy but you said my name 10 min ago and haven't gotten back to it since. Eventually I asked him if my order was ready, he then responded with "I got you" and finally handed me my order. I then heard him (Employee) say under his breath "you all have to be patient, We are not robots" Dude, I've been patient. I think they need a better system when dealing with Delivery Drivers vs "Regular" orders because I feel the way it is now is too much for the employees to handle, especially when delivery drivers feel "Entitled" to jump in front of everyone. I don't put all the blame on the employees because I know they are dealing with a lot, especially with limited staff. I think most blame lies on these delivery apps/drivers and the fact that no one really has any sort of manners anymore.

  The workers accepted my doordash order and then told the dasher I cancelled, They then told the dasher that they decided to close the ovens early so they couldn’t make my food. Horrible service i’m not sure why they are open until a certain time if they’re not making food. Getting paid to sit and wait? That’s unacceptable!
