The order was significantly delayed, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold as if it had been prepared a long time ago. The cashier was rude and completely unprofessional, treating customers as if they were a burden. When we complained to the manager about the poor condition of the food, instead of handling the situation properly or trying to fix the issue, she raised her voice and responded in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, showing no respect for the complaint or the customers.
