The inside lobby & outside seating area were clean, (it was freezing inside), but both men & women's restrooms were NASTY. Over $30 for a soup bread bowl, pick 2 items, a small unsweetened tea, & a "medium"(1 size only) chi tea. We had a $10 refund for the 2 undrinkable disgusting drinks
