  For an airport, this Outback isn’t bad at all. It gets busy, for obvious reasons but service is still great, thank you Yolanda 💕 I had an interesting meal including the soup of the day, which was fantastic (you can never go wrong with potato and bacon soup)! And I got what was suggested (grilled salmon), I eat salmon medium to medium well and I was very satisfied with my meal. A pint of Foster’s goes down easier to tummy after a great meal and service to boot! ☺️ Thank you Yolanda!!

  Service from the beginning was horrible. We were charged $5 for an egg on a salad 10 minutes AFTER ordering in the app. We never got refills- had to go to the bar to get our own iced tea refills. Asked 4 times to speak to the manager- 30 min later he appeared, told him what happened and he did take care of our bill- BEFORE the 2 Salads came out- yes over 30 min wait for two salads with NO protein. I asked him for a refill,and he said "sure". I then watched him walk out of the restaurant and teturn about 6-7 min later with his own food. He looked directly at me, seen I still had not received my refill and walked back to the back of the restaurant. He should not be in a management position. PAM AT THE BAR WAS THE BEST....WE HAD TO GET OUR OWN REFILLS EACH TIME AND SHE WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO ASSIST. SHE SHOULD BE MANAGING THIS LOCATION!!

  The experience was ok. However, why have a sign that states join the waitlist if it wasn’t not accessible to staff to determine who’s waiting /who’s next to be seated. I ordered an appetizer and pop. My bill came up to $22.34. I had a $12 meal voucher due to my flight being delayed. The remainder of the bill was $10.34. I left a $3.00 tip. I get an email from my cc company that the tip was adjusted to $15. I’ve called outback to speak with a manager. No answer, no call back. I left a message. THIS IS VERY DISTASTEFUL and unacceptable!!!

  Was met by the hostess who said waitress would be right with me. No waitress came, so tried the QR code. Placed my order but was met with an error that said a waitress would be with me. That took 15 minutes. Drink took another 5 and by 45 minutes I never received my food. Had a plane to catch, so never got a bite. Told the hostess I'd pay for my drink (since, ya know, the waitress never checked on me again). I get it's an airport restaurant, but come on. There's a minimal bar too climb over and they couldn't even meet that.

  Service is non-existent. No hostess, have to scan a QR code to be put on a wait list. Even when I got the text that my table was ready the hostess was nowhere to be found. Waited for forever for a server to take our drink order, and she never came back and checked on us once. Food was also shit - saddest looking steak ever. No sauces on the table. The steak was overcooked and WAY over seasoned. The tables around us also remained with dirty plates on them for our entire meal. Oh and no steak knives because it’s in an airport, which I understand but a little heads up would’ve been nice. Cutting a striploin with a butter knife sucked. If I could give ZERO stars - I would. Absolutely awful all around.
