Never got to try their food nor service. We waited 20 mins to be seated and yet not a single staff approached us. It wasn't crowded at all. The staff here are blind. There were people behind us who came and left. Glad we also left. -100 points for making us wait for nothing

Food was mediocre, served a steak with plastic cutlery, flowering onion was overdone and more or less inedible, server wasn’t very attentive even though the restaurant was quiet, beer was served warm also, not great especially at the prices charged!! Do better.

This Airport location is pretty unorganized, and little to no tables idea assistance. Our server was fine, but was way too busy and we had to get up from the table 3 times for things we needed at our table. THIS IS NOTHING like a stand alone Outback location you would fine in a plaza or mall.

The staff here is beyond awful. They sit and chat and smile and laugh with each other but give ZERO positive energy or even a small amount of customer service to the guests. Host was chatting for 10 mins while we stood and waited at the front, management looked like he was high and moved at a snails pace, and the overall cleanliness of the place was just sad. If you don't like your job in the SERVICE industry you should find something you like instead of being okay with giving sub par service. Very disappointing.

I travel a lot. I've been all over the USA and world. Heck, I was even in Athens before the olympics were there in the 1990s and the airport had dogs running around it (seriously). What I'm trying to say is I've been a lot of places and seen a lot of airports. This outback is hands down in my top 3 of absolute worst airport restaurants I've seen in over 39 years of flying. They were not that busy. When I left, I looked around and saw the place was barely 1/3 full. It took my server 15 minutes to come to the table and another 10 to bring my drink order. They have a setup so you can order and pay from the table but they didn't activate it until we were greeted by the server. So... That was a waste of time. The tables around me were also waiting and waiting and waiting. When my food arrived, j was served a rubbery steak with plastic cutlery that literally could not cut it. I was brought metal silverware on request but at that point, I was a bit in awe about how bad this place was. I want to be fair here and in my opinion, this is 100 percent a management issue. There seemed to be staff but not well organized. The servers seemed overtasked. Mine was polite but just not available. The food quality seemed poor but that's also a management issue. The steak was cooked to temp but the meat itself was the problem.. I can count the number of times I been to burger king by the decades. I've been there exactly twice in the last 15 years. I was regretting not going there for dinner afterward.
