- HSHannah SJul 26, 20265.0Our first visit to Morton’s unfortunately fell short of expectations due to an extremely disruptive nearby table with very loud, unruly children. The atmosphere was so distracting that it was difficult to enjoy what was otherwise a very good meal, and we even overheard other guests commenting on the situation. We left disappointed, especially since the issue wasn’t addressed that evening. That said, what truly sets a great restaurant apart is how it responds when something goes wrong. After speaking with the general manager, Donny, he went above and beyond to make things right and invited us back for another visit. We are so glad we gave Morton’s a second chance. Our second experience was outstanding from start to finish. Tristen provided some of the best service we’ve experienced anywhere in Orlando. He was attentive without being intrusive, anticipated our needs, and every detail—from the drinks and bread service to each course—was perfectly timed. The food was exceptional, and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Thank you to Donny, Tristen, and the rest of the team for turning a disappointing first impression into an experience that earned our trust. We will absolutely be back.
