  I was there for an event last night and while it was a fixed menu everything was great until the steak and chicken came out. The chicken was delicious and great but the steak was so tough I felt I was sawing through it. It was tough to chew and so bad I eventually gave up on it. It was cooked medium rare and looked great but when I tried cutting into it I was so disappointed. For such a high rated steakhouse you served steak like this was just not right. Several people at my table had the same issue so it wasn’t just one single problem. We’ve eaten there before and been impressed. It last night was terribly disappointing.

  I attended Morton's for the magical dining experience with three of my older lady friends. We enjoyed our food but the best part of our experience was our waiter Joe! He was very attentive, comical, personable and really made our experience worthy enough for us to return. However the restaurant was rather cold. I was thankful that I kept a blanket and sweater in the car to share with my friends. Also the music was quite loud. It was difficult to hear the ladies at the table and when we made mention about the music, they said that they could not turn it down because later on, the voices will pick up and the music would be at a normal level. It actually got extremely louder with the voices trying to talk over the music so we could not hear each other at all. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely be back to visit Joe!

From the moment we sat down, both the food and the service were absolutely top-tier. ​Every single course delivered: ​Lobster Bisque: Rich, velvety, and completely phenomenal—the perfect start to the meal. ​Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail: The filet was remarkably tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, paired with a perfectly cooked, delicious lobster tail. ​Key Lime Pie: A flawless finish to the night—tangy, smooth, and genuinely exceptional. ​Morton's proved why it’s a premier steakhouse, especially with a fantastic promotion like Magical Dining. Highly recommended—we will definitely be back!

  Everything was awesome. It was a birthday dinner for me and other staff would stop by with a friendly greeting. Ryan was great,possibly the best waiter I ever had, so freindly, knew the menu well and the hostess was super nice too, she took our picture, printed it and put it in a card. All the food was great even the cappuccino was excellent. It should be criminal if you go there and do not try the lobster bisque,just terrific. Finished with the lava cake , delicious. Yes its pricey, you have to pay for quality, they do have a dinner menu with fixed price, not a bad deal. We went at opening time so less people, perfect form me. I have to go back to try some more items and starting with more of Ryan's recommendations.

  What a disappointment for a restaurant that we used to visit on a regular basis. Morton’s you are better than this please fix. This was first time I visited Morton’s and it wasn’t a fine dinning experience on any level. Seated around 8PM on a Saturday night by the time we were leaving at 10PM they were breaking down the dinning room you expect this from lower level restaurants but not this level also it wasn’t late at all just slower than usual. I’m in the industry never do this. Server was really nice but some odd non regular comments on splitting check between couples not allowed because it’s hard really what again in industry your POS makes it easier than ever to split check. They did it but said not normal because so busy. Hmmmmm but server was very nice. Ok most of the food was not up to your standard lacked flavor came out to table at different times and not hot. Pork chops and mashed potatoes not flavors chicken good steaks good. Deserts again came out at different times and as staff was breaking down dinning room with multi tables still in the dinning room. Overall poorest visit ever had at this location and we have been there dozens of times over the years. Not what is expected of this level of restaurant actually it overall poorer experience than a 1 star restaurant. Fix it you guys are better than this.
