- EMElisa Merlos1 day ago1.0Terrible service, they give you an incomplete order, make you wait 20–30 minutes, and then just toss your food at you. They’re not doing me a favor; I’m paying for a service. I hope the manager can check up on their staff, because they’re awful.

They refused to remake our food when we told them it was not made right. The manager was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met in my life. I would never recommend coming to this McDonald’s and this is a shame to the franchise. Yo, are you gonna take our order or you taking four orders from the other side? I’m a walk to the window. The manager at this McDonald’s is absolute terrible worker I would never recommend her.

However, my order was incorrect—my burger only had the bun with no patty, and two other items were missing from the bag. After a long travel day, that was frustrating. I ended up having to go elsewhere for food around 1 AM because of the issue. Convenient for late hours, but definitely check your order before leaving.
