  This is how you are supposed to know your order is ready. My laptop screen is bigger than this board. Order on a kiosk, watch for your order number, no interaction unless you need condiments. At this point you have to try and flag a worker from the back. Very impersonal.

  No one was in the drive thru 8/27 at 9pm. We waited 28min for 6 cheeseburgers 2 kids meals and fries..... We got the order got back to the hotel and guess what??? 5 of the 6 cheeseburgers had NO BURGERS!! What the actual hell. I called and of course no one answered. So I have 5 cheese sandwiches thank God the kids burgers had a burger! Ridiculous. Worst MCD ever. Im going to call and get a refund and have the pictures to prove it. I shouldn't have to check my burgers for BURGERS!

  Its beyond me how a mcdonalds this busy can serve soggy fries. It might help if the franchisee would pay their managers more than 18 dollars an hour. Thats just sad. If you rip off every customer the way you ripped me off tonight im sure you can afford to pay a bit better. Your crew needs help.

  The service is terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but it came with the chicken completely burnt and without any vegetables. I went up to one of the employees and told him that the vegetables were missing, so he took the sandwich back to the kitchen. However, after 10 minutes, I went back to ask about it, and no one seemed to know what had happened. They then gave me a beef burger, and I had to tell them again that they had made another mistake because I had ordered chicken! Finally, they gave me the chicken sandwich with only half of the vegetables and looking absolutely awful. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The place was staffed by teenagers who seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this McDonald’s was disappointing when it came to customer service. From the moment we arrived at the drive-thru, Dominik did not greet us or make the interaction feel welcoming. The communication felt very impersonal, and he spoke so quickly and unclearly that it was difficult to understand him. When we got to the window, there was still no greeting or acknowledgment — we were simply told, “It’s $8.50.” The food itself was good, which I appreciated, but the ice cream was very watery and not the consistency you would expect. Overall, the food was fine, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. A simple greeting, clearer communication, and a more welcoming attitude would have made a big difference in the experience.
