  Took over 45 minutes for 3 happy meals and 2 big mac meals. None of the staff knew what they were doing. Got the order wrong multiple times. Usually don't like to complain, but terrible service all around.

  The workers here are so lazy. I ordered nuggets with honey and chili sauce. I receive my bag through the drive through which they didn’t include the sauces when I asked for them again they hand me the wrong sauce turned away from me not even acknowledging. I tell her it’s the wrong sauce and she holds up the honey asks if that’s what I am looking for I respond yes and she says we are all out. How could you be out if you’re showing me packs in your hand. I pull around to the front get out of my car and have to wait for a manager to give me my sauces. The workers here are so lazy and don’t wanna do there job.

  Coming up the drive thru the service didn’t seem so bad they took our order decently quick and we thought everything was okay, but upon receiving it everything was wrong and on top of it being wrong there was missing orders. We went in to get one of the orders that missing and the workers didn’t seem to be focused on work and were talking about what they were going to be doing the day of instead of making sure the orders they were packing were correct. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but it was a bit flabbergasting that they got it completely wrong when we’re relying on them to get most of it correct so it was a bit frustrating.

  La manager no es nada amable. De hecho, que horrible que un hispano te trate mal siendo hispano. No fue mi culpa. Es su sistema. El kiosk no funcionó, no imprimió mi ticket. Me acerqué a caja y pregunté si mi orden había entrado correctamente al sistema y me dijo la cajera: no. Quiso que volviera a pagar por kiosko y le dije que no. Que prefería caja. Insistió en que hiciera eso, le dije: no, yo se lo que quiero pedir. Muchas gracias. Resulta que ambas órdenes si fueron recibidas y que había pedido doble, la manager con su tono de voz alto, un tanto rudo, espérate, no, es que no sabes si está diciendo la verdad. Revisa, gracias a Dios la segunda cajera ejecutó el reembolso de una orden. Es para no volver aquí ☺️

  Excellent experience at this McDonald’s! The place was very clean and well organized, creating a pleasant environment for the whole family. The playground is a great feature for kids, well maintained and safe. The restrooms were also very clean and had a pleasant smell, showing great attention to hygiene. I would like to highlight the excellent service from Yandaliz, who was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, making the visit even better. I will definitely come back again!”
