Whoever was taking my family's order in the drive thru tonight seemed to be too busy talking with her coworker to properly take our order. She repeatedly cut my parents off while they were ordering and when she asked what they wanted to drink we had misheard so when we answered she had rudely stated "no what did you want to drink" even after restating the drink she had put the incorrect size for the order it was overall super frustrating. Luckily we got everything we ordered so we are appreciative of that. As I also work in food service I understand how difficult it can be but there was no reason to be rude to my parents when they were just trying to order.

Disappointing experience. The “World’s Largest McDonald’s” turned out to be one of the worst McDonald’s experiences we’ve had, which was especially disappointing because we visited specifically for my son.
We waited over an hour for our order. I first approached the cashier, who told me the order was still being processed. I waited near the counter for a few minutes, but he then told me that the person delivering orders to the tables wouldn’t know which order was mine, so it would be better for me to return to our table.
I did, but another 10 minutes passed and our food still hadn’t arrived.
Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and not at all what we expected from McDonald’s. If you’re looking for a quick meal and the level of service you normally expect at McDonald’s, I would not recommend this location.

We visited the world’s largest McDonald’s in Orlando out of curiosity - a title like that sets expectations, and it honestly didn’t live up to them.
The menu isn’t really different from a regular McDonald’s, there’s mainly an added pizza option, which is cute but doesn’t make it anything special. The food itself was just regular, exactly the same as any other location.
The place itself is only two floors - we expected more given the “world’s largest” title. The arcade section is cute but not that impressive either, though that might just be us expecting too much. There’s also a kids’ play area that looks suitable for little ones, but we didn’t really check it out.
Overall - if you’re in the area and want to take a look out of curiosity, that’s fine, but it’s not worth a special trip. Food-wise, it’s exactly like any other McDonald’s.

Very disappointing given it's tied d the largest McDonald's in the world. I have a longer review on Yelp about this specific McDonald's. One of this stature deserves am in depth review.
Dissapoinments were the kiosks and ordering process. No table tents for dining in which you have to provide at the end of ordering. I hate kiosks because people are nasty and they are covered with things you don't want on your have before eating. All of the sanitation stations were empty, one soap dispenser was barely working while the other wouldn't turn on to dispense what might have been inside of it. The lack of anyone up front for help, especially a manager was disappointing. Other employees seemed busy getting orders out, but I was stunned that more tents were not put back at the kiosks. The food and the employees running food back and forth were the saving grace. I would expect better attention as this place IS massive, and the 2nd floor with an arcade and play area are. Simply impressive. Management need to do a better job of making sure the sanitation areas and front of house are properly tended to and cared for.
Visiting the world’s largest McDonald’s in Orlando with my kids sounded like a fun family experience, but unfortunately, it turned into a massive disappointment.
First, finding a parking spot was an absolute nightmare and easily took over half an hour. Because the inside was overwhelmingly crowded, we decided to use the drive through instead. After placing our order, I pulled up to the first window, where the employee asked me to read off what I had ordered. I did, but she handed me completely wrong items. When I corrected her, she told me to pull forward to the next window.
At the next window, I was handed a completely wrong order again. When I pointed this out, the manager came over and was shockingly rude and unhelpful, showing zero customer service.
Instead of fixing the mistake, he blamed me, falsely accusing me of confusing the employee at the first window and claiming I had cut other cars in line which was entirely untrue, as I stayed in the proper single file line the entire time.
Frustrated with the poor service and multiple mistakes, I requested a refund for my $40+ order though I was shorted on the refund amount they gave back.
We only came here because it’s a novelty location to enjoy with family, but between the parking, how busy this place gets, and the terrible treatment from employees to
the store the manager, we will never come back. Not worth the aggravation and headache !
