  Avoid - not worth the hype We were so excited to try this place out. At first glance, it seems cool and fun when you enter. But that quickly went away and we had one of the worst experiences. Ordering from the kiosk was easy enough, but then the confusion started. The workers were super busy, but picking up your order was complete chaos. It took over 30 minutes for everything we ordered (for a party of 5) to be prepared. By that time, most of the items were cold and we just wanted to leave. We asked for a refund but no one knew how to refund a kiosk order. Such a huge disappointment. 😔

  El mac Donalds más grande del mundo, o eso pone en algunas web. Faltaban varios productos y salsas del listado. El playground de la zona de arriba era genial, aunque el ascensor estaba roto y había que subir todo por las escaleras. Lo peor: la zona de rocola, donde se ponía música cada 5 minutos y se apagaban las luces mientras comías, aunque la música estaba bien.

  i was super excited to come to the largest mcdonalds and went out of my way to uber from my hotel. i came at 1am. the experience was really disappointing. wanted to try the special items but it was all out, no where online could i find something saying there was a time it wasn’t served. also no upstairs/arcade open. i got over it and was just going to enjoy the experience as much as i could but then my food took 30 minutes to come out. i approached the counter and every employee working didn’t even wanna acknowledge me. like i was invisible lol. i asked nicely if my food was still coming cause i didnt know if they lost the order perhaps, wasnt mad, was just curious. i went to sit down with my food when i noticed i didnt get sauce. again, approached the counter. someone was literally filling sauces right there… didn’t even wanna look at me. i felt bad even saying excuse me and asking for sauce. i was really excited because i work at a different mcdonald’s but this experience was just trash. you would think being the largest McDonalds that they would at least have a good and kind staff. not to mention my nuggets were near dog food. but at least my fries were fresh! imo dont come here on vacation.

  I first wanna say, i cant tell if we had the best time, or the worst time at a mcdonalds. for this being the worlds largest, i gotta say this was the worlds largest disappointment. my friend has been wanting to go here for multiple years and we have the biggest hopes as we arrive. safe to say the least at the end of this experience, we couldve never been more wrong. as we walk in we see three kiosks out of order with tons of people in line, and then once its finally our turn.. it doesnt even operate correctly. grand. so then we walk up to the front lady and we dont think anything could go wrong. oh my goodness were we far from wrong. we ask for the infamous mcdonalds pizza, this lady asks for what sauce, we respond with marinara and she proceeds to give us the most confusing look ever.. likes she never heard the MAIN INGREDIENT OF A PIZZA. anyways we then proceed to order regularly and then we go upstairs to see what its like, and im not even kidding i was almost sweating. there couldn't possibly be any ac in the upstairs i feel like i couldve lost 10 pounds from water weight. after that we go back downstairs, we take our seats and then we get an amazing presentation of a pizza and waffle, literal silver plater and a nice box for a waffle, after that we notice our actual mcdonalds food still missing. my friend and his mom go back to the front and they ask for our order and she proceeds to say, “sit. down.” in the rudest tone ever. k great. then after we.. fulfill her request.. we still waited another 15 to 20 minutes for our ACTUAL MCDONALDS FOOD. like how in the world can you guys make an incredible pizza and server it on a silver plater acting like a gourmet chef, but cant cook a McCrispy in 5 minutes.. then we look and we see BOARDED UP WINDOWNS.. like guys.. come on yall must have a lot of money for this property but not for some windows..? anyways we FINALLY receive our food and tbh, my food was a little lukewarm.. overall this whole thing was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISASTER. for SURE will not be coming back, give that pizza guy a raise tho he was cool as heck. p.s. WHO IN THE WORLD.. PUTS LETTUCE ON A PHILLY CHEESESTEAK.

  The usual food is on par with other McDonalds locations, but service is slow and the other food offerings are underwhelming. Fun place to visit once, but horribly undermanned and nothing more than a tourist trap otherwise. You can get better pizza, ice cream, etc. and service at other places. Staff also copped an attitude at the arcade for some reason, which isn’t properly maintained. If you want to play the worst game of Mario Kart Arcade GP DX on the planet, you should come here. It lags constantly, somehow. (I don’t know why you’d be going to a McDonalds to play arcade games though when there are two other arcades in the area that do an infinitely better job.)
