  The customer service there is horrible, they care about their time, than they care about good customer service. They need to regroup and hire better employees with better attitudes. The food wasn’t nothing to brag about either definitely not fresh. I would’ve rated a minus 10 but it won’t allow.

  The ppl that take our orders doesn't pay attention what we're saying in the drive through. Everytime it is the wrong order SMH. They never have ice cream 🍦 available when you need it SMH.You guys need to train your employees to listen 👂 properly to customers .

  Open 24 hrs but you have cones blocking the drive thru at 3:20am and you are not accepting orders. I can see through the glass plane as day that you guys are screwing around in there and you can’t even go inside to order because lobby doors are closed. Whoever the manager is of this location needs to go school on how to run a proper business without 50% of your reviews being below a 3 star . If you settle for this type of service it shows who you truly are as a person and the pride you display within yourself. Just a shame.

  It was impossible to sit there for even long enough to finish the food because they have the music on so loud that it’s impossible to hear conversation across the table or for my kiddo to enjoy the playground. There are signs everywhere saying you can’t stay for more than 30 minutes and the loud music appears to be a tactic to make sitting inside intolerable. They just clearly want you to buy food and get out. Not very on brand for McDonald’s. When we asked the staff to turn down the music they said the owner specifically instructed it to be like this so they wouldn’t be able to change it to make dining more comfortable and enjoyable.

  The lady taking my order had a bit of an attitude, got all my food. Wasn't a fan of the service itself. Wouldn't let us get a meal without a drink.
