  Me encantaba venir a este McDonald’s. La comida salía rápido, fresca y caliente, y realmente era un lugar donde podías disfrutar tu visita. Sin embargo, desde hace un tiempo la experiencia ha cambiado muchísimo. Los pedidos tardan demasiado en salir y, para empeorar, en varias ocasiones la orden no coincide con lo pedido. Es frustrante pagar por un servicio y terminar pasando un mal rato en lugar de disfrutar la comida. Ojalá vuelvan al nivel de atención y calidad que tenían antes.

  Customer service in night is absolutely terrible, I was waiting for my food in the curbside area and they waa 2 cars after me, and they care of they two first than me, and they said in my app that my food was ready but it wasn’t, then I came inside for talk with them but absolutely nobody cares, then the manager in charge looked at me after 5 minutes wait and she continued making burgers and she didn’t even said wait a minute or NOTHING, she just ignored at me, they really don’t care about you, this place is TERRIBLE AT NIGHTS

  The service at this location is EXTREMELY slow. Waited 30 minutes curbside for a single meal and they weren’t even busy.

  Stopped by a McDonald’s in Florida and it was a really smooth experience. The service was quick, my order came out fresh, and everything tasted just right. It’s nice to have a reliable spot when you just want something easy and familiar.

  If I could give 8 stars I would. The whole team was amazing and really payed attention to details. We have traveled all over the US and Mcdonalds is never this good. Thanks for the great service before we go to Sea World!!!
