- KKKyleMay 1, 20263.03 star experience, went today 5/1/26 with my friend to eat and the experience wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either. We ordered our food inside and had to wait close to 15 minutes. Not sure why it took that long, but we kept seeing people getting their bags after we ordered… maybe was the delivery drivers picking their orders or whatever, but the walk-ins should have priority over all that… because we’re the ones in there physically eating… and trying to enjoy a sit down. By far it wasn’t a fast food restaurant… it wasn’t just us waiting, was quite a few customers complaining in the background. Now the second was the food, the burger I and my friend got was pretty dry. Not sure what went wrong there but the patties felt like dry cardboard… the only thing I enjoyed was the chicken nuggets. So ya, I want to come back but I might skip this location and try another place. Oh and one last thing, what happened to salads and grilled chicken??? No more healthy options?

My iced coffee was taking forever, she took the time to let me know it would be a minute, and apologize for the inconvenience. It's not that often fast food staff goes above and beyond. Jahmiqae McDonalds is lucky to have you!

The woman told me I need to know how to order next time since she didn't know my number when the machine wasn't printing. Honestly, I'll never buy from this place again. Furthermore, I ordered it to go and asked for sauces, but they didn't add any. Once I received my order, they handed it to me rudely.
