When I pulled up, they told me to go to the window to pickup the Uber Eats order. I just sat at the drive through waiting over ten minutes. Ended up screaming hello several times through the window with no one answering me. Whoever is running this place should be fired. All the employees working the breakfast shift on 07-01-26 should be fired too. Absolutely horrible experience.

I was physically and verbally disrespected by a manager during a drive-thru order. From the moment I placed my order, the manager had an extremely rude attitude. Due to her behavior, I requested a refund. She responded by saying “No refunds” and slammed the drive-thru window in my face.
When I proceeded to the next window, she actually left her station to come to the second window and continued displaying a nasty attitude. I again asked for a refund and requested her name. She slammed the window a second time and left me waiting several minutes before finally returning to process the refund.
During the exchange, tempers escalated, and after I requested my refund, the manager threw my Sprite toward my vehicle. I immediately pulled over and contacted the police. When officers arrived, the manager denied throwing the drink and claimed she was simply trying to hand it to me. The responding officer indicated he did not believe her version of events and asked whether I wanted to pursue charges.
I chose not to press charges after she backed away from her actions, but no customer should ever have to experience this type of behavior from management.

Pésimo pésimo servicio. He tenido tanta paciencia por 2 años he ido dándoles todas las oportunidades, siempre me decepcionan. El servicio de 24h es solo las horas que ellos quieren trabajar. Supongo que el presupuesto en trabajadores es tan bajo que no dan abasto. Pero realmente si pudiera darles menos de 1 estrellas lo haría. Hoy después de 1h en la fila, tuve que ir a burger king, definitivamente podrían hacerlo mejor

Not calling this location horrible, but when you have someone working the window who feels as if they're above saying anything to customers, that's a problem. There are other positions in the store they can work, if they can't commit to the role at the window.
This falls on the lap of management, because if they've seen it and haven't made changes as the decision makers, then what does that say? Identify someone social and put them in that role, not someone unwilling to say, "Have a nice day," to pay their bills.
I've called this location, but I'm leaving this review to let it be known that I've pointed out this issue. This isn't everyone who works the window, there is one particular woman who the manager (I spoke with on June 15, 2026) has identified.
Sadly, I've encountered this woman multiple times with the exact same behavior.

Waited in the second lane whilst 5 cars ordered and passed in lane one. Yeah, when I just pulled around because nobody was answering, all of those cars were gone out of the drive-through. So nobody was taking orders for one lane everybody was taking orders from the other lane. I wasted my time. Then The cash window lady was like it’s OK Papi no it wasn’t
