  Ordered on the mobile app this morning. A truck in DT went ahead of me.. they ended up giving him my food instead of what he ordered. I’m behind him and clearly see him digging through the bag.. he signals for them to reopen the window to tell them that is not his food, they hand him the correct bag and he pulls off. I get to the window and they try to hand me the bag the man just riffled through. I explained I saw the man digging through the bag and I did not want food that his hands had been all over and asked if they could remake it. The boy at the window was visibly annoyed, went back in said something to his manager who also looked annoyed.. a friend who works there told the other manager Ms. Candace who told her to tell me to pull up and they’d remake it. I pull up and after waiting for a few minutes someone comes to the window and hands me the same bag with the same food. The bag was ripped and had oil stains just like the original and the food was COLD. My friend who works there was still on the phone and told me they literally just handed back the same bag, and did not remake anything. I had to go inside to request a refund.. Everyone who works here is rude, and careless.

  If I could give no stars I would. Ordered delivery through the McDonald's app and when I received my order everything had small hairs in it. Called the store for them to say that it's impossible for the food to have hair in it even though the food was delivered fully closed. Nevermind the fact that I didn't receive part of my order because they claim they gave it to the dasher so the dasher stole it, contacted Doordash afterwards (that's a whole other story), but didn't do anything about the fact that I know what I received and I surely didn't order hair. Very unsanitary and very disgusted with the way this business is running. When customers call and complain about something hygiene related, that's something to take seriously not brush it off with "I'm not saying you're lying BUT that's impossible." Unacceptable service.

  The young lady named Rochelle was very nice and professional. A Blonde named Addison was very rude and dismissive of customers. If you hate your job, quit.

  How are you still going to sell the huntrix meal and not give me The collector's card that comes with a meal. I could have got a burger rather than these dry nuggets.

  Nuggets were fresh and they had the sause i wanted! Service was relatively quick honestly.
