This was by far one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The members/staff was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. no communication at all, just blank stares and attitude. It felt like they didn’t care about customers in the slightest. The food was even worse. Everything came out poorly made, with portions completely inconsistent and far below what you’d expect from McDonald’s standards. The burger looked thrown together, ingredients were messy, and the overall quality was unacceptable. On top of that, the place itself felt unpleasant and poorly maintained, which just made the whole experience even worse. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I hope managers team make something to change the way member act.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share this review in hopes that regional management will take notice and address the situation. I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but this experience truly warrants it. For the past three months, I have been a consistent customer at this location, visiting weekday mornings between 8:00–9:00 AM. I usually spend an hour or more here, purchasing breakfast for myself, and often for my husband as well. I value routine and customer service, which is why this recent pattern has been disappointing. Last week, I placed my order and had to go to the front to pick it up myself because it was taking too long and I was running late. When I approached the counter, I saw the manager standing next to my tray, leaning on the counter and using her phone. My breakfast was already there but had gone cold by the time I received it. Today, a similar situation occurred with my coffee. It was never brought to my table, and I had to go retrieve it myself. Once again, I found the same manager standing by the counter, right next to my coffee, using her phone. I calmly and respectfully brought this to her attention, mentioning that this was the second time I had to retrieve my own order while seeing her on her phone next to it. Instead of responding professionally, her demeanor changed noticeably, and she responded in a dismissive and defensive manner, stating she was dealing with someone repairing a machine and that she did not prepare the coffee. While I understand operational issues can arise, as a manager, there is an expectation of leadership and awareness. The coffee was right next to her—it would have taken minimal effort to ensure it was delivered or to delegate the task appropriately. I explained that my intention was not to criticize, but to provide feedback for improvement. Unfortunately, the interaction continued to feel unprofessional and was taken personally rather than constructively. She eventually walked away without resolving the situation. Additionally, the coffee I received had sugar, even though I always request it without sugar. I had to ask for a replacement. A kind employee did provide another one, although it was still cold. It is disappointing to see a lack of professionalism in a leadership role, as it directly impacts the overall customer experience. I believe in growth, accountability, and respectful service, especially in positions of responsibility. The manager’s name, as I understand it, is Shelimar. I hope proper coaching and training can be provided, as professionalism, respect, and openness to feedback are essential in leadership. When those elements are missing, it affects the entire operation.

I placed my order and was told to park in spot #4. I waited 20 minutes, but my order was never brought out to me; I had to get out—leaving my children alone in the car—to go retrieve it myself. On top of that, the order was delivered incomplete, and by then I couldn't go back to fix it. What terrible service—paying for something I didn't even receive!

I have eaten at McDonald’s on six continents, in airports, malls, sketchy gas stations, and even inside a Walmart in rural nowhere. This location is, without any exaggeration, the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced in my life. The service was glacial. I waited longer for a basic order than I have at actual sit-down restaurants. When the food finally arrived, the employees didn’t even make eye contact. They just dropped the tray on the table like they were discarding toxic waste and immediately turned and walked away without a single word. No “here you go,” no “sorry for the wait,” nothing. Just pure, unfiltered indifference. When I politely asked for ketchup, you would have thought I’d requested they personally deep-clean the entire restaurant with a toothbrush. The eye rolls, the dramatic sighs, the visible resentment. I’ve received warmer customer service from overworked DMV employees. The food itself was the usual McDonald’s fare (mediocre at best), but the soul-crushing attitude of the staff made it taste even worse. This wasn’t just bad service it was aggressively bad service, like they were actively trying to make sure I never come back. Congratulations McDonald’s , you’ve done what no other McDonald’s in the world has managed, you made me genuinely regret walking through your doors. I’d rather eat gas station sushi than ever set foot in this location again. Avoid at all costs.
