  Ordered a McCrispy meal no pickles and when I got my food there was still pickles so I asked to have it re made so I rewaited in the line just for them to bring out the same sandwich but with the pickles taken off like I wouldn’t notice with the over powering flavor they have this 😭

  I would like to compliment a lady who was working at McDonald’s today. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right with my order. Her warm attitude and genuine care really stood out and made my experience much more pleasant. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts so much heart into their work.   Food is okay but they will always put you at the next window or park you for 5-10 mins EVEN if you already ordered ahead of time. Everytime I come to this location they do it !

  Hoy tuve una muy mala experiencia en McDonald’s. Fui específicamente por la promoción de la “K-pop box”, pero cuando nos entregaron el pedido, venía incompleto: no incluía la caja especial ni el aderezo que se supone forma parte del combo. Me parece un abuso que promocionen un producto y al final no entreguen lo que están ofreciendo. Mi hija estaba muy ilusionada por esa experiencia y terminó completamente decepcionada. Para empeorar la situación, también se equivocaron en mi hamburguesa, los managers no mostraron interés en resolver el problema ni ofrecieron una alternativa adecuada. Definitivamente, una experiencia muy decepcionante tanto en servicio como en cumplimiento de lo que anuncian.
