  I went to this McDonald’s and asked for a Pup Cup and the GM said they don’t do Pup Cups but I got Pup Cups from there before, the whipped cream is not coming out of your check, and they are very slow I waited in drive thru 4 to 5 minutes and it was one car getting their food when I pulled around to pay for my order

  Received an incorrect order and attempted to follow up through the correct channels. I am extremely disappointed as this is clearly a copy and pasted email that was sent another dissatisfied guest, as it was clearly not addressed to me. The issue also occurred on 3/29 and was not addressed until 4/17. It seems like the issue of double checking orders begins at the top of this restaurant as even this email was incorrectly addressed. The service is also almost always poor. If you enjoy lousy service and incorrect orders, this is the restaurant for you.

  The breakfast crew 4/17/26 around 10 am caught a terrible attitude simply because they needed to make a steak egg and cheese bagel with a round egg instead of the regular folded egg. Asked for extra onion and extra sauce, didn’t get EITHER and look how terribly they burnt the bagel and thought it was acceptable to serve this

  This is the second time I’ve come to eat here, and they tell me there’s no mayonnaise—claiming it’s the fault of the person who places the orders, who is stingy.

  El día 17 de marzo del 2026 a las 10:46 de la noche fui a ese lugar la persona que nos atendió se portó muy mal cuando le dije que quería un café grande con 8 de crema me dijo que era demasiada crema qué era más crema que café cosa que a ella no le debía de haber importado porque yo lo estaba comprando y yo me lo iba a tomar y nadie le pidió su opinión al final la mujer me dio el pedido cuando llegue a casa el café solo me le había agregado lo que ella quiso solo me le agregó cuatro de crema mi café no estaba como yo lo pedí se portó muy llevada Y muy grosera y eso me cayó muy mal espero le enseñen a respetar las decisiones de los clientes y a no opinar lo que deben comer o tomar y cómo lo deben de tomar
