  Os funcionários são educados e a localização é super conveniente. Mas o lugar é muito quente e o refrigerante sem gás. Mas no geral é limpo, venha só se não tiver outra saída (😂).

  Manager was extremely unprofessional, refusing to give me her name and my requested refund. Said no refunds are given, So I contacted Corporate and they told them to honor my refund. This store has no signs indicating No Refunds.

  Food takes forever to be made, zero service cause they all hide in the back and most of them act like they are doing something so they don't need to speak to anyone and they need 3 people to put fries into a bag

  I had such a great experience at this McDonald’s in Orlando, and I want to make sure Sarah and Mia get the recognition they deserve. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that kind of energy makes a real difference. It turned a simple stop into a really positive experience. Thank you, Sarah and Mia, for your outstanding service—you truly represent what great customer care should look like!
