  Worst McDonald’s I’ve eaten at in a while. Waited 20 minutes at the drive-through for food and when it finally arrived, the food tasted bland and like paste. Before trying the chicken nuggets, I asked again for the barbecue sauce that they forgot to put in and they never came back to give me it. When I finally took one bite from the chicken nuggets, spit it out and threw it away.

  Stopped by this morning for breakfast around 10am and decided to eat inside versus drive-thru. Very happy we made that choice because the friendly, welcoming atmosphere and joyful nature of the staff was very uplifting. It is a neighborhood McDonald's with frequent customers where the staff welcome you as you come in the door with many of them being welcomed by their names. From thanking you for your order, bringing the order to your table with a smile and saying thank you, the entire crew are joyful and there ready to assist you with any of your needs for additional food items. Joanna was especially helpful today with her warm smile and friendly nature. It was a pleasure coming into your establishment and we look forward to visiting you again sometime in the future.

  Possibly the worst work ethic I've ever witnessed in my entire life not only will they take 45 minutes for one car in the Drive-Thru your order still won't be alright and no matter what time of day you come they never have ice cream I'm almost 100% sure that this store is why that stereotype exists

  I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. If you have other options, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. The restaurant was dirty, with several tables left uncleaned. The staff was not helpful, and the service was extremely slow—we waited a long time just to receive our food. We also tried their new refresher drinks, but they were not filled properly, which was disappointing. On top of that, one of our items was missing, and it took even longer for them to correct the mistake. Overall, the service was very poor. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  I ordered fries, and the person who served me never came out to ring me up. They came out to the pickup area three or four times. I assumed they were coming out to ring me up since they kept looking at the car. So I went over to them, and they charged me for an order I didn't place. I told them that wasn't what I ordered, that I had ordered large fries. They ran around the store with my card to give me a refund and told me that because of the mistake, they would give me the fries back. After five minutes of them running around with my card, the manager came and charged me for the fries. After all that trouble and being told they were going to give me the fries for free, they charged me, and the manager refused to correct the mistake. I think the company should train its staff a little more because even when they make a promise for a mistake, they know they have to keep their word.
