- SCSean ClineMay 13, 20261.0The young black kid handing out drinks never said hello or greeted me, or confirmed what my drink was. He had a serious attitude problem and should not be working in customer service. All he said was move up to spot 1. I then waited over 20 minutes for my food and I counted and literally the ten cars behind me all got their food first. I only ordered the two cheeseburger meal, it's not like I was ordering for my whole family or something. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and lackluster job performance. The owner/franchisee, manager on duty, and team members working today should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. They should all be fired and find jobs that don't involve customers, food service, or anything that requires being quick and efficient. I will never return to this McDonald's again. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my meal. When it finally did arrive, the woman only said one word. "Sorry". And it was the most insincere sorry I've ever heard.
